This spacious, airy and light filled holiday home is perfect for those large family vacation getaways. Containing 5 bedrooms - sleeping 10 guests with additional sofa to sleep 12 guests - with 3.5 bathrooms, 3 living areas and a large sunroom, you'll be amazed at the space this place has to offer.
Coffee, tea, sugar, milk and basic pantry staples are provided for your convenience.
You'll be greeted at the front door by a staircase that leads directly up to the media/games room. We envision you'll spend a lot of time in here and make some beautiful memories. Complete with a comfy lounge and smart TV, it's very spacious and tastefully decorated.
On this level there are 2 bedrooms, the extra-large King size Master suite in the front with newly renovated ensuite and walk in wardrobe, and Queen size suite towards the rear right hand side, also containing an ensuite and built in robe with floor to ceiling mirrors.
At the rear of this level there is the "old bar" area which has been converted to another sleeping area. It contains a queen sofa bed which will be opened for groups of more than 10 guests. Relax on the adjoining verandah and soak up the mountain views and stunning sunsets.
Downstairs there are another 3 bedrooms, one twin room and two queen rooms. Hotel quality linen provides that luxurious touch.
Should you feel like doing some home cooking, the large self-contained kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. Should you not, there are a number of fantastic restaurants that are happy to deliver, and menulog and uber eats service the area as well. Mealtimes will be fun! The super-size dining table & kitchen bench seats 12 and has room for everyone, imagine the special moments that will be created.
The third living area is just off the kitchen (yes, there's so much space and room to move you needn't be on top of each other). There is a designated study nook and free wi-fi to if you have the need to work whilst staying or for doing emails and so on.
The property offers 3 reverse cycle air conditioners for those cool winter days and those warm balmy nights. Alternatively, throw open the doors and full-length windows of an evening to enjoy the cool ocean breezes. We're sure you'll love all this property has to offer.
Kick back and relax with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing, Jamberoo Action Park, down at Foreshore, bushwalking or back from beach.

Guest access
You will have privacy and unrestricted access to the entire house, outdoor areas and backyard during your stay (excluding a supply cupboard).
A lock box housing a key provides easy entry any time after 3pm and check-out anytime before 10am.
You will be provided with your own unique code on arrival, please provide this to all guests so you can all come and go as you please.
There is a single lock-up garage, on-site parking for 1 vehicle, plus plenty of on-street parking close by.

Please supervise children at all times, especially around stairs and verandah areas.
Please note:
For longer term stays beyond one month (4 weeks) if there is excessive electricity use, a claim will be made through VRBO/Stayz for reimbursement for user usage for the time of staying at property.
We will deem what is claimable and excessive for the term of the stay.
Illawarra Holiday Accommodation will reach out to guest BEFORE making claim through VRBO/Stayz to discuss with guest with the expectation this can be sorted out in the first instance.
