Santa Marinella is a small but most beautiful coastal town in the province of Rome, one of the few on the coast of the Lazio region, which is located not inland from the sea, but along the Tyrrhenian coast and thus stretches for many kilometers.
It was here that luxurious villas were built along the beaches many years ago.
Therefore, here you will not find new buildings along the coast, but only old villas. Living here gives a certain exclusivity.
The exclusive location with private access to the sea over the years has become very attractive for visitors to the city. There is a big difference between driving to the beach and living right by the sea. This difference can only be understood empirically.

Our villa is located in the first row to the sea, the sea is in front of the house with a small convenient access to go down into the water.

The sandy beach is free. The beach is partially equipped during the bathing season, where you can rent pedal boats, kayaks. The sandy beach can be reached from the sea gate by walking along a public path.

In the vicinity of the house there are several outdoor street food kiosks with food at reasonable prices, a restaurant, places with live music and a surf school, windsurfing to take a few lessons on the seashore and in the sea etc.

The guest part of the villa has its own entrance from the courtyard.

Ground floor: a living room, kitchenette and dining room, a bathroom with shower, exterior: seafront terrace with sun loungers, dining table with panoramic view, swimming pool.

First floor: four bedrooms with balconies, a bathroom in the corridor, an internal bathroom.

On the beds there are comfortable mattresses covered with waterproof mattress covers, there are pillow covers on the pillows.

Kitchen: modern gas oven with 90 cm gas grill, hob with 6 gas burners and with glass lid, moka coffee maker for gas burners, kettle for gas burners, Miele dishwasher, Miele 8 kg washing machine, separate dryer Miele heat pump, microwave oven, toaster, plates, cutlery, glasses, glasses, pots, pans, refrigerator with freezer.

The seafront swimming pool is approximately 5 m. x 10 m. x h. 2 m (16,5 ft x 33 ft x h. 6,5 ft). The swimming pool has the shape of a trapezoid with an infinity edge. The totally open edge will allow you to look out onto the beach, the sea, see the sunset and never get bored. Next to the swimming pool there is a small whirlpool part of approximately 2 m x 3 m x h. 50 cm (6,6 ft x 10 ft x h.1,6 ft) with automatic shut-off water bubbles after the massage cycle. The staircase into the pool is made with normal steps covered with tiles, so it will allow you to descend into the water comfortably. In the evening the pool lights up automatically with colored lights.
The pool is heated and therefore maintains a constant water temperature, appreciated by the human body for swimming in complete comfort and pleasure.

The heated mini pool is a real swimming pool available in September, October, April, May, June (the mini pool is not heated in July and August, the water alone reaches high temperatures from +30 ° C and above);
the mini pool has continuous 24-hour infinity filtration, ideal for a group of people for a pleasant hydromassage, a filter is designed for large pools, so the water always remains very clean.
The mini pool is treated with active oxygen, so you do not smell the chlorine in the kitchen-dining room.
The water is heated 24 hours a day and maintains the temperature of about 34 ° C-36 ° C.

Note / rules

We propose a guest part of a private inhabited villa.
Parties, animals, extra guests and disturbing noises are prohibited.
For security reasons, there are video surveillance cameras outside the property at the entrances to the house.

We accept children aged 7-12 only, the deep pool and the edge of the sea side terrace are not fenced.

The house must be left clean by the guests (basic cleaning): clean the kitchen, collect the rubbish, leave the rooms / beds in the state in which they were delivered with the floors / clean mattress covers.

Separate collection is a rule of the municipality and is mandatory. Waste collection takes place "door to door", on particular days according to the calendar.
On the leaflet and in the welcome area of the portal, guests will find all the information they need to deal with waste separation effortlessly.
On the last day, only the bags collected from the bathrooms and a very small amount of previously separated waste can be left on the veranda with the kitchen. The mountain of rubbish in the kitchen must be taken away by the guests themselves and disposed of at their care and expense, in the event that the guests have not adhered to the differentiated collection and the "door to door" collection calendar.

Leaving mountains of rubbish hidden in the kitchen will be considered as a huge damage to the owner and the house, as the owner is not obliged to manage the disposal and to separate the guests' waste bags after the guests' departure.

Santa Marinella, Lazio region, Rome province, seaside town along the Tyrrhenian coast, easily reachable from the Rome - Civitavecchia highway (it takes 20 - 30 minutes by car from the ring road of Rome).

You can also travel only on Via Aurelia (SS1 Aurelia) if you don't want to pay the motorway toll.

Santa Marinella is located directly on the Aurellia state road.

To access Santa Marinella from the A12 motorway, take the Santa Severa - Santa Marinella exit.

The house is 5 minutes from the train station!
To reach Rome by regional train from Santa Marinella or Santa Severa station:
you must purchase a single ticket at the train station called "BIRG", it costs 9.30 euros to have the possibility of traveling by train and other public transport until midnight. You must activate the ticket in the machine at the station.
