The Farmhouse at Partridge Lodge - sleeps 9 guests in 5 bedrooms

It comes with an AGA for sumptuous roasts(between April and October), a wood burner in one lounge and an open fire in its other sitting rooms with french doors onto a private garden with swings and shed with garden toys. There is a (optional extra £20 per day) Hot Tub in the garden off of the utility room with all mod cons, also a garden Sauna at £10 per session. While upstairs you have 4 bedrooms (one is en-suite including a shower) and there is also a family bathroom with bath shower. Two of the bedrooms have 2 singles in each and two bedrooms have doubles (one is kingsize).

Downstairs theres a 5th bedroom with a single bed off the kitchen with separate shower room and toilet, the house and comes with a private garden with swings and toys. While upstairs has 4 bedrooms . Two bedrooms have 2 singles and the other two a king-size. Lastly. There is also a separate toilet, separate en-suite shower room and a separate family bathroom.There's a dinning room off the kitchen overlooking the private garden and two further sitting rooms in this luxury award winning holiday accommodation. Fantastic for entertaining where some families get together and the space and atmosphere this provides.
Agreed dog stay's have a minimum fee of £6 per night and can be booked as an optional extra.
Our plan has always been, and remains, that Partridge Lodge should be a relaxing, interesting and fun place for friends and families to come and spend their much prized holiday time.

Although there is (thankfully) no getting away from the beautiful Suffolk countryside and all the areas of interest that it has to offer. We are nestled in the country yet only a few minutes from Woodbridge, well known for its restaurants and bars, and with easy reach of the county's heritage coastline from Southwold to Aldeburgh to Orford.
On arrival there is a welcome book with notes and advice with plenty of history and suggestions for the local area.
