nice hotel with access to the beach down some step
The staff are very friendly, the room was ok in size but next to the lift so every time someone used it it was very noisy. the shower changed temperature without adjusting the controls burning then freezing.

We stayed here for a wedding, beautiful property and the beds were comfy, a good nights sleep and we had kind receptionist. Our neighbours were noisy at 2/3am in the morning and there was a bit of dirt in the sink when we arrived but this did not affect our stay.

Ok as a stop over to Cornwall, very little parking so bit of a nuisance unpacking to have to take everything indoors. Room small old hotel so lots of ups and downs so with a lot of luggage was a bit of a drag. No help offered. But clean near the beach short walk into town, Good price so did the job.

Direct access from the road meant the only security to our ground floor courtyard room was our bedroom door. Bedroom windows weren’t configured to be left open overnight safely being ground floor pavement side meaning the room was stuffy and the bathroom fan didn’t work.
