During the summer, you have a spot at the dock to access Little Arbor Vitae Lake for excellent fishing. Come winter, snowmobile trails pass right by this home, so you can easily unload and take off.

Snuggle up on the comfortable couch and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with your friends, watching TV, planning tomorrow's adventures, or playing one of the board games available. This vacation rental will put every adventure at your fingertips. If you need a little more space, take a look at Roadside 1 and 2 to rent both halves of this duplex together.

What's nearby:
You'll be near trails for bikes, ATVs, and UTVs, and close to many lakes. You're also not far from miniature golf, go-karts, and horseback riding, and you can shop and dine out in the surrounding towns as well. Little Arbor Vitae Lake is a 480-acre lake with a maximum depth of 32 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from a public boat landing. Fish include musky, panfish, largemouth bass, and walleye. The lake's water clarity is low.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
