Fabulous, friendly and helpful staff made our brief stop over from the north west to the south west perfect. The room was a little dated but nevertheless we had a very comfortable stay at a very reasonable price.

A half way stop off
Great location for a stop off when travelling from Cornwall back to Yorkshire. Pet friendly which suits us with our little dog. The hotel is pretty dated, in need of a refurb, stains on the apholstry & on the bathroom floor (which was actually sticky!) The reception staff was very welcoming & the parking was not an issue.

Well placed for our festival at Upton Upon Severn - the use of the well signposted private road made a huge difference! Very friendly staff. Good value for money. The chocolates left with the tea making facility was a nice touch as was the tissues in the bathroom. Free WiFi was appreciated.
