Great hotel, transfer service let it down
Great hotel, very convenient for the airport which is why we chose it. We checked in late but reception was very sharp and helped return the hire car. Room was on lower floor and no lift so had to haul suitcases up/down stairs. Real issue was the shuttle - overbooked and driver did not want to take us. Sort that out by agreeing to stand but then the handle on the rear doors failed at the first drop off. Bus full of travellers and driver had no idea what to do. After 45 mins of no action and everyone risking missing their flights the passengers forced the issue and the rear windows were ‘removed’. Bizarre for a hotel airport to get the transfers so wrong??

High standard, comfortable room with a good air conditioner and family friendly/ The pool was fantastic. Fair price, super service. Only disappointment was the price of breakfast but surrounding areas had more reasonable alternatives.

Lovely hotel really handy for the airport with parking while you're away (charges apply as would be expected). Staff very friendly and helpful and good choice for an evening meal with either the bar, San Carlo's or Brasserie Blanc. Food good in all three. Breakfast good too. Handy free shuttle service to the airport which is only a few minutes away.

Old fashioned and extremely unprofessional
When a delayed flight is "transferred" to the hotel, the residents are treated as second class guests. Go to the restaurant around the corner, or go to the bar (with a extremely minimal menu.....6 items) I would never recommend this hotel. Management totally amateur and unprofessional. It would seem arrogance and no consideration for the residents is thriving in this establishment.....but arrogance and bad service is.
