Set on the first (top) floor of a smart set of apartments, the large sitting room and kitchen-diner both face south to the sea with fantastic long range views. The sitting room offers plenty of seating and large Smart TV, and the kitchen-diner is a bright and colourful place to cook and dine. The spacious master bedroom offers a king size (5’) bed, sofa, wardrobe and drawers, while Bedroom Two offers twin beds (two singles), a wardrobe, drawers and a desk.

Outside there is a large shared garden, and at low tide the sea reveals long stretches of sand just beyond the pebble shoreline.

LOCAL AREA:
Ferring is a charming seaside village, there’s always activity without feeling overrun. There are relatively few tourists, offering quiet beaches, shallow waters and a wide stretch of sand at low tide, a paradise for watersports. Greenswards sit immediately behind the shingle above the beach, a great place to walk with popular cafes. There are plenty of good pubs, takeaways and restaurants nearby. Further afield you will find the seaside towns of Littlehampton, Worthing and of course the famous Brighton. A 10-minute drive north reveals the beauty of the South Downs National Park. The medieval Sussex town of Arundel is also just 7 miles up the road.

- Pets: A maximum of one well-behaved dog is allowed at a cost of GBP25 each per week or part week. If the charge is not taken by this platform we will contact you after booking to arrange.

- Once you have placed your booking request, before we can process your booking we will require some simple additional details such as postal address, guest names and direct email. Please do not book if you are unable to provide this information, as we cannot offer a refund on this basis.
- Arrival and departure times are clearly stated. As our properties can be booked right up until the last minute, we are unable to confirm early check-in or late check-out requests until 24-72 hours prior to your arrival/departure. Should you prefer to guarantee any such request now, please add an additional night to the start and/or end of your booking.
- The sitting room windows are accessible from the ledge (approx. 50-60cm high). Please do not sit on the ledge, and keep windows closed at all times if children are in the property. Keys for the window locks are provided.
- Kitchen facilities: single electric fan oven, 4 ring gas hob, tall fridge-freezer, slimline dishwasher, washing machine/dryer (combi washer-dryer), microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetière.
- Iron, ironing board, clothes airer, 1 hairdryer provided.
- For the safety of guests and all beach users, Ferring Marine operates a no-glass policy. High quality plastic tumblers are provided for general drinks use.
- One free private parking space approx. 20m walk from the property. Further free on-street parking is available approx. 0.5-1 mile away, please check local signage.
- One infant up to age 2 is welcome in addition to the total guest capacity of this property. Please bring your own cot, bedding and highchair etc.
- Accessibility: Outside half staircase to the front door (with bannister and standard height risers). One step (15cm) over the front door threshold. Inside half staircase to the inner front door (standard height risers, no bannister). Bathroom has a shower over bath, standard height bath.
