During my recent stay at the Palm Garden Hotel, I was absolutely blown away by the incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the staff made me feel right at home, and I have to give a special shoutout to Natasha and Fluffy at the bar. Their exceptional hospitality and genuine care truly stood out—they made my evenings unforgettable with their fantastic service, great conversations, and infectious positivity. Every detail of my stay reflected thoughtfulness and care. The hotel itself is a haven of comfort and charm, but it’s the people that truly make it shine. Natasha’s welcoming smile and Fluffy’s fun, relaxed energy created an atmosphere that made it hard to leave. I genuinely felt like part of a family during my stay. Leaving the Palm Garden Hotel was bittersweet—I was sad to go but so thankful I’ve found my go-to hotel. I can’t wait to return for another stay and reconnect with the amazing team that made my trip so special. We stayed at this property for a week. We were so impressed with the room, location and service The owners and the manager were always available , they were perfect hosts The area is amazing, the beach in front is perfect and calm, we swam everyday. Lots of food options, shopping and short walk to the St Lawrence gap We felt very safe even at night when out and about. We met some good friends and certainly plan to return in the near future

Hotel was within walking distance to many restaurants. Staff were very helpful and attentive and made you feel very welcome.
