This updated, 3rd floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provides unobstructed views and comfortable, open living/dining/kitchen areas that are perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Kitchen has been completely renovated with new appliances and everything you'll need for cooking, Living space flows easily to a covered oceanfront balcony for additional lounging area after a day at the beach.

All 3 baths have been completely remodeled with all new tiled showers with glass doors, beautiful new floors and fixtures, and a
luxuriously deep, relaxing tub!!

Long Weekend Getaway
The Duneridge condo was perfect for our long weekend stay in Wrightsville Beach. It was the perfect distance from Wilmington, while still being on the beach and quiet. We were extremely impressed with how clean this condo was. Everything from ceiling to floor had a place and was clean. We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Amazing place!
This was our second year staying in this beautiful condo and we’ve already booked our third stay for next year! Everything is top notch and first class - from the soft sheets and comfortable beds to the thick plush towels. The condo is well maintained and very well decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all sorts of meals - all appliances are upscale! I wish the kitchen table had more than four seats but that is a minor issue. The Hostess was super nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to staying here for many visits in the future!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was spacious, well equipped and clean! Unfortunately the tropical storm cut our stay short but the host was very helpful and communicative. We look forward to coming back - not in hurricane season :)

Another amazing visit to Wrightsville Beach
We have stayed at Duneridge for almost 20 years and this unit is a family favorite. It is very comfortable and equipped with many things other Duneridge rentals don't have, including beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels. Hellon also clearly maintains the unit as everything functions really well. Hellon and her team are also incredibly responsive. I texted her a few times throughout the week and never waited more than a few minutes for her response! We will definitely rent this unit again!

Lovely property. Lots of kitchen utensils. Comfortable beds. Great view. Had a small problem with HVAC, contacted owner who responded immediately and had issues corrected in an hour or so. Would love to stay there again.

Beautiful place to stay. Views are exquisite from the condo and patio. Master bedroom lovely. For those who love to cook, more serving platters, cooking knives and some nice cocktail glass ware would be nice. Definitely would return. Communication with property manager was professional and timely.

We loved out second stay and we look to return next year. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean, quiet and with a superb view. We love the pool and proximity to the ocean. Also, since most of the condos are privately occupied, this is a very quiet atmosphere.

Pretty, but Practical
We have spent many family vacations at various 3-bedroom condos in the Wrightsville Beach community. All have been lovely and chosen for their attractive decor and ocean front setting. As an older person, I especially appreciated the way this condo unit has so much storage space and places to put normal things. I can’t tell you how pleased I was to find night tables next to the bed with drawers. Not every square inch of flat surface was covered with shells, coral, mermaids, fish, and other seashore decor. There were chests of drawers for clothes, hangers, and a well-stocked kitchen. Guests may appreciate decor that reflects the area, but not at the expense of real-life necessities such as closets, hangers, and drawers. In my view this condom strikes the perfect balance
