Einfach immer wieder !! Umgebung lädt zum abschalten ein !!! Allerdings rate ich viel Bargeld mitzunehmen. Meist keine EC möglich . Der Grieche dort sehr zu empfehlen 😋. Die Brötchen such lecker . Sonst alles im grünen Bereich 👍..

Saubere Wohnung in toller Lage
Einzig die Treppe nach oben würde ich für kleinere Kinder nicht empfehlen. Das Objekt liegt sehr zentral, toller Blick aufs Meer.

Super netter Vermieter. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Einweisung waren top. Es gab von Frau O. Vor Ort noch Tips für Einkauf, Gastronomie und Freizeitaktivitäten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und einen tollen Blick vom Balkon direkt auf Meer. Man kann auch hin und wieder Container--und Kreuzfahrtschiffe beobachten, die in die Weser einfahren.

Gemütliche FeWo in Top-Lage
Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung- ideal auch für kleine Familien (wir 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind). Die Top-Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Deich überzeugt ebenso wie das im Haus gelegene kleine Schwimmbad - so ist auch bei schlechtem Wetter für Spaß gesorgt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch insgesamt top und man findet alles was man braucht. Vom großen Balkon aus kann man gut den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung und Lage sehr gut gefallen :-)

Tolle Lage
Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos. Das Haus hat eine super Ausstattung. Es gibt viele Küchenutensilien, große Auswahl an Spielen und diverse andere nützliche Sachen. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und man hat einen tollen Meerblick. Das Highlight war der Pool im Erdgeschoss. Wenn man etwas bemängeln könnte, wäre es der etwas lieblose Balkon und fehlende Jalousien für den Sommer. Aber alles in allem war es super.

Alles ok!
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sauber, strandnah und schöne Umgebung. Es gibt nur 2 kleine Unannehmlichkeiten. Zum einen ist die Hühnerleiter zum Schlafzimmer für gehbehinderte Mensche etwas mühselig und wenn man in die Dusche möchte sollte man eine Idealfigur haben. Aber trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder. Nur Windstärke 12 und Dauerregen muß dann nicht nochmal sein.

Wir sind sehr nett vom Hausverwalter begrüßt worden. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Schwachpunkte sind der wirklich kleine Einstieg in die Dusche und die „Hühnerleiter“ zum Schlafzimmer. Zu Schwimmbad und Sauna gibt es leider nur getrennte Zugänge. Beide Bereiche waren bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr sauber und warm. Auch der Whirlpool war sehr gut. Es gibt auch im November Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, die gut und preisgünstig sind und das Personal sehr freundlich ist, Besuche in Cuxhaven, Duhnen, Bremerhaven sowie das Aeronauticum (Flugzeug- und Luftschiffmuseum mit zahlreichen Marineflugzeugen in Nordholz) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Nachteil von Dorum-Neufeld ist, dass es dort keine Geschäfte gibt. Mit dem PKW kann man aber zum Beispiel in Dorum gut einkaufen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben die wenigen Tage sehr genossen. Die FW der Fam. Kerl war sehr einladend ausgestattet. Auch der nette Hausmeister Herr Götze war sehr nett. Man konnte schon durch die zeitige Anreise vorzeitig ins Quartier. Sauna- und Schwimmbadnutzung haben wir sehr genossen.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ob Cuxhaven oder Bremerhaven, alles nur ein Katzensprung. Über Langeweile konnten wir uns nicht beklagen. Und sollte es das Wetter mal wirklich nicht zulassen rauszugehen, gibt es das Schwimmbad und in der Wohnung tolle Spiele für die Kinder. Am letzten Tag haben wir aufgrund des starken Windes auch noch den Drachen steigen lassen am Kutterhafen.

Alles sehr gut
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war top, die Lage und Aussicht ebenfalls. Der Pool den wir nutzen durften war zwar kalt aber man konnte dennoch ein paar Bahnen ziehen und Kindern macht das eh nichts aus. Ein toller Bonus. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war, dass die Dusche leider ziemlich häufig von warm auf kalt (quasi unfreiwillige Wechseldusche) umgesprungen ist. Wir sind dann einfach da wir eh jeden Abend schwimmen waren im Schwimmbad duschen gewesen. Das Bett war bequem, es war genügend Stauraum für Klamotten. Auch im Wohnzimmer ist absolut viel Platz auch wenn man die Schlafcouch auszieht und die Korbstühle da stehen. Wenn man diese bis ans Fenster schiebt hat man mindestens 1,50 m Platz. Also nicht nachvollziehbare unnötige Kritik. Die Wohnung ist für sehr füllige Menschen eher nichts, da sie meiner Meinung nach nicht in die Dusche passen und auch die Stiege ins Schlafzimmer recht schmal ist.. Alternativ kann man aber auch da die Schlafcouch und die Dusche im Schwimmbad nutzen. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und meine Tochter wollte gern noch länger bleiben. Kompliment da sie dies noch nie gesagt hat. Wir buchen, wenn wir dürfen gern wieder wenn wir an die Nordsee fahren.
