I was fooled by the “excellent” rating on this hotel. The property is extremely dated. We waited outside in the cold with three kids because the room door wasn’t working. Finally after 10 minutes the staff member was able to get in. The sheets, pillows, and blankets had mysterious stains and hair balls on them. The toilet ran all night long. The beds were listed as “queen size” but were actually full size with queen headboards. The fridge didn’t get cold and ruined our leftovers. I have NO idea how it was rated so high. I’m not even attempting the breakfast. This is the last time I stay at a Ramada Inn.

bath room tub water drained too slow. May be some clog is there. Room door could not close, I hurt my finger when I try to close, front desk person ended up helping me by advising... lift the door and close it. May be they should do something with the door. Otherwise nice location and nice staff.

Felt like a luxury suite!
I was truly very impressed with this hotel! The office staff at check in really went the extra mile to make the stay comfortable! Such kind staff. I walked in the room and for the price I was pleasantly surprised! It felt like luxury! I had the best sleep. It was so clean and updated. All the amenities with an extra level of comfort. My dog traveled wirh me and they were very friendly. The coffee was delicious from the room packets. The shower was so nice!! I will stay here again on my travels!
