Es un hotel econĆ³mico, no lujoso pero cĆ”lido. Las personas que atienden muy atentas, respetuosas y serviciales. El desayuno muy buen sabor. Para quienes les guste lo lujoso, les guste gastar mucho dinero, les guste la apariencia, no vayan ahĆ­. Quienes quieran descansar, y estar tranquilos en un lugar sencillo, es muy buena opciĆ³n.

En general bien, el precio es adecuado al lugar, lo Ćŗnico que advertĆ­ en limpieza es que a la cama y almohadas les faltĆ³ mejor aseo, habĆ­a cabellos en las sĆ”banas. Y la cama algo dura.

La atenciĆ³n por parte del personal es buena,pero el hotel se encuentra algo descuidado,el estacionamiento estĆ” retirado del hotel aprox a 2 o 3 cuadras del hotel,y es algo incĆ³modo tener que ir a dejar el vehĆ­culo y luego regresar caminando al hotel,los colchones estĆ”n incĆ³modos para dormir "son duros ",.La atenciĆ³n por parte del personal del hotel es muy buena.La ubicaciĆ³n del hotel es buena,se encuentra a 2 cuadras del centro de Coatepec.,DeberĆ­an de modernizar el hotel,invertir en pantallas,las que tienen son de 21 pulgadas sin smart TV,solo proyectan canales de televisiĆ³n abierta sin servicio de canales de cable.

El hotel estĆ” bien ubicado a 2 cuadras del centro de Coatepec. El cuarto es sencillo, solo para llegar a dormir mientras se explora el pueblo.
