The lovely picture of the inner courtyard is really the only thing lovely about this hotel. It needs to be fixed up - cracks, rotting wood, mold in the bathroom. Crusty sheets, bottled water only for purchase, etc. Decently walkable to the city center, but otherwise not in a convenient location. This hotel was very inexpensive, so you get what you pay for. The senorita who helped with luggage was very polite and helpful.

This property is absolutely delightful. The property is very well kept and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We felt completely safe here in the beautiful City of Xalapa. I highly recommend this property.

The hotel is okay, nice decor,good breakfast, good location 6 blocks from the historic centro, the only mayor issue are the bad beds, needs more cushion on the mattress honestly is impossible to sleep

Worst hotel ever. First, they gave me the wrong room, the guy ay front desk for the night shift was playing games on the computer instead of helping and his face mask was never worn properly during our interactions. A/C not working and too loud, TV didn't even had an antenna it was useless, the room was full of dead bugs, no hot water, pillows and bed as hard as you can imagine… The hotel has a restaurant service in the morning, hotel rooms surround the restaurant and they start service (and noise) very early in the morning, getting rest is nearly impossible. I don't understand how the can call themselves a hotel, everything that could fail it failed.

Very nice Hotel
Nice hotel. A little bit of echo but by 10:00pm is quiet. The hotel looks like an old "Mexican Hacienda". Great service and really good food. Very clean. Beds are not the best but a little more than OK. Bathrooms are clean. It's just a few blocks from the cathedral and from Parque Juarez. It's well located.
