Cute place, comfortably decorated. Great location. Walked to dinner and ice cream afterwards, as well as donuts in the morning. Neighbor was adorable and felt very safe.

We were in the area for the eclipse with friends--this place had everything we needed! Two rooms for sleeping, an area to play games, updated bathroom and kitchen. Decor was interesting.

Comfortably Small Charmer
The house was just as pictured. Two bedrooms, a central living space, eat in kitchen with a good size bathroom off of it. It was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor deck but it is plenty large for 4 chairs and conversation. The master bed was very comfy and I enjoyed breakfast at the kitchen island. Expect a 100 year old house with fun decor, an updated kitchen and bathroom and you will be happy.
Note: the house is on a corner with the driveway on the one way street. GPS will easily get you to the front door, but not the driveway.

Cycling Paradise
The accommodations were perfect for our group. We were in Xenia to cycle. The house is conveniently located to Xenia Station. The owner was very responsive to some questions we had upon arrival. Also, the house is within walking distance of restaurants and the Main Street but in a very quiet neighborhood.
