The staff is what make this place unforgettable. Rodolfo from The Bar lobby makes the best margaritas and Ricardo from the tequila Bar. They truly make you feel like family. Angel (Asian Restaurant) and Marcos from Adelitas made our dinning experience unforgettable. Last dinning experience was at Italiano and couldn’t have been any better with staff there. They made our last night unforgettable. Rosario and front desk from La palapa (buffet) and Araceli from the Lobby Bar made us feel like family every time we walked in. The beach was beautiful, clean and enjoyable. -best beach I been in the Rivera Maya This resort really does a good job on trying to entertain their guest with activities. The resorts itself can improve in accessibility for dinning for those that don’t make reservation since they do close down their buffet at 3:30pm. but other than that it was a wonderful experience. Thank you Catalonia for the best customer service/stay.

We spent 4 days/5 nights at this resort as a couple with 2 other couples in November. The resort is small, has a cool jungle with animals near the hotel buildings. The pool and beach areas were very nice and clean. They keep the beach in front of the property cleaned of seaweed, which was great! It was easier to get drinks from the Tequila Bar rather than the Pool bar as the Pool bar was very busy. Our friends felt there could have been more nightly entertainment. We were able to book an excursion very easily and it was wonderful. Our biggest and really only complaint would be the food quality. We got the Privlege package and are very glad we did because we got access to the Bloved restaurant which was by far the best food at the resort. The Grill and Toa Cat were the other restaurants we tried besides the buffet and we had to go get a second dinner at Bloved both nights as our meals at the other places were not very good or cooked incorrectly (steak temperatures). All in all though I would go back to this resort and make sure I booked the Privlege package again.

We had a great stay, everything was really clean and the food was great. The room we originally booked was no longer available so they comped us a bottle of wine and upgraded us to the privileged wristbands. Great customer service. It was really easy to get chairs by the pool/beach. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. Hope to be back!

We just got back from spending 9 glorious days and 8 nights at this resort. It was our first AI resort experience. We were not left disappointed. We initially reserved our honeymoon room being privileged guests which gives you more perks at the resort but while there we upgraded to exclusive members and we’re so happy we did. The service from the staff at this resort is top notch! We are looking forward to coming back and hopefully seeing familiar faces. Karla, you went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and our special celebrations were truly made special. They are lucky to have you with their excellent team. Xavier, you were so kind and patient and helpful. Thank you. Nestor, always greeted us with a smile and made sure we were happy. His smile and happy demeanor is contagious. Meyrli out on the beach, serving us cocktails, and juices always made sure we were left without wanting. She was so attentive. Andreas, the bartender at BLoved was so great. As with the others, he always greeted with a smile, and made sure we were ok. One evening, we came down for our romantic dinner, which wasn’t ready due to rain, he saw I was upset, he rushed over to my husband and I with our drinks that we had been ordering. He knew what we liked, and what we needed. That kind of care and attention is priceless. Food selection is amazing and delicious. 1)Unsafe and poor lighting at night. 2)Front Desk Manager with Poor Social Skills and Public Relations Skills. 3) When making Restaurant reservation although they had occupancy, they attempted to sell the seats by us buying an $180 bottle of champaign, although we were in an all inclusive resort. 4) Tour Desk would provide different prices for the same tour, depending on the person seating at tour desk; and tour brochure did not have any prices. 5) We were celebrating a friends birthday and arranged for a complimentary banner and cake, and although we pre-arranged it, and mentioned it to the front desk on several occasions, it never happened.

Property was well kept and it was 5/5. You got to walk through the jungle when going to the rooms. You also walked through the jungle to go to the pools and beach. The walk was very enjoyable very beautiful. There’s these monkey looking animals that will join you on your walks. Very cool experience. The pool had a bar in and around. The beach was beautiful. The ocean had a mixture of 4/5 different blues in the water breathtaking. This was my adult only first experience and I enjoyed it. Very relaxing and the crowd from all over the world was lovely.

This was our first stay at an all inclusive resort, and we loved it! The staff are amazing and so helpful. The food is delicious and there are so many options to choose from, which is great if you are a picky eater like me. Since this is an adults only resort, the atmosphere is so calm and quiet. I wanted to stay forever! I can't wait to come back!

Had a great time here, the staff were amazing and friendly! I really enjoyed the entertainment team, very great spirit. Carlos and Paulina were my favourite! There was also another gentleman who was working entertainment but I can’t remember his name, but he always remembered mine.. the lady who did my braids at the spa was excellent too, Cristela! Thank you so much!

The entire staff was very welcome. The check in / our process was nice and smooth! The food was great- but my fav was Adelita!! We will definitely return !

The property is secluded and has a beautiful walk way through it. The pool is wonderful and located perfectly by the beach. All very convenient. Completely enjoyed this facility and will go back. Staff is amazing! The only complaint is that the air conditioner is locked at 23C (which is 73.4 degrees F). That’s just too warm. I’m sure they can do something about that, but I didn’t make a lot of noise about it. Fabulous and relaxing vacay!
