One of the city’s main attractions is a miniature replica of the famous Terracotta Warriors from Xi’an. There are three different areas with soldiers in different battle dress and positions. The downtown is home to some interesting neighbourhoods where you can take a peek into the traditional Chinese life, customs and traditions. There are centuries-old wet markets, butchers ‘shops, and small stores. There are large public squares around the city, and if you’re lucky you can watch musicians and singers performing in the streets. You can even visit a traditional medicine man and have your fortune told! Take a stroll along the pretty Yellow River and admire the views.

There are small villages dotted around the city that you can spend a couple of hours or more wandering around and seeing what life is like in rural China. As many of these small villages don’t get many tourists, you may get some odd looks from the curious locals.
