The space
Small cottage overlooking the Pacific Ocean south of Cape Perpetua Oregon. This cottage offers a two bedroom setup as a downstairs bedroom and a loft. Both have Queen size beds. This cottage has one bath, a full kitchen, and AMAZING views.
This property has 12 small houses, all roughly 800 square feet.
The private access to the beach below will grant you access directly to the ocean where you can find tide pools, rocks, and enjoy what the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
The cottage is close to some amazing hikes, surfing areas, and just 10 minutes drive from the small town of Yachats Oregon and 5. minutes from Cape Purpetua.
Do you sadly have to get some remote work done? If you face this dreadful task and choose to work vs throw your laptop into the ocean, I've thought of this.
The loft has an electric adjustable standing desk with a monitor. (BYOCKM= Bring your own computer, keyboard, and mouse, LOL). The monitor does have a USB-C connection. The desk overlooks the upstairs windows. Some people say whistle while you work, but I say if you must, watch the Ocean while you work.......
Work or relax and enjoy high speed internet serviced by SpaceX Starlink.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the cottage which includes parking for two vehicles. (One next to the residence and one in the rear lot). The cottage has a Level 2 EV charger. (Tesla WALL Charger with Tesla to NON TESLA adapter available inside the residence. Charge any EV such as Mach-E, ID.4 Rivian, Ford, etc.

Wi-Fi and Roku TV allowing guests to use any of their current accounts for streaming on Max, Netflix, Prime, etc. The guest credentials automatically reset at checkout via ROKU. For questions on the ROKU credentials, search the internet for ROKU Guest Mode.
Side note! As much as I've tried or often pretended to have superpowers, I just can't control the weather, and the Oregon Coast can be extreme.
The views are amazing, but can't control coastal weather such as clouds or fog.
I cannot control extreme weather which can cause power outages, especially during Fall and Winter or fire concerns in the dry months.
Please note, if additional costs are necessary due to pets, misuse, or other factors, you will be charged.
