This beautiful characterful house has been fully refurbished and boasts a brand new designer kitchen with modern appliances, a sit up bar with stools and a large walk in pantry and laundry room.
From the kitchen, guests can enjoy dinning alfresco on the patio or simply sitting with a coffee in the peace and tranquility of the beautifully manicured walled garden.
Also on the ground floor there is a spacious living area with sofa and armchair and cosy gas fire as well as a Smart TV with access to Netflix. A separate dining room with a table seating eight. There is also a double bedroom on this floor with ensuite.
On the second floor you’ll find a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower, and two further double bedrooms which both share the family bathroom. There is an additional lounge area with TV.
Please note there is no on-road parking allowed, however, there is a Council run car park within minutes of the apartment. Tourist permits at are available to purchase by PayByPhone. The service is accessible by internet www.paybyphone.co.uk or by telephoning (01983) 331331. These permits are also valid for all council run car parks across the island. We advise not pre-purchasing these permits as they are valid from the time of purchase! The Tourist Permit is a virtual permit and as such you will not be provided with a permit to display in your vehicle.

The property will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.
