Food store is just a few minutes of walking . 1 km from house endless restaurants with good food and best prices in town . 25 min. drive to center of city. Easy access to major highways makes the best place to stay from where you can discover all of Armenia!

Full bathroom on each floor. 2 bedrooms on second floor. 1 King size bed and 2 single beds in one bedroom and 1 Queen size bed in second bedroom. Bedrooms are air conditioned. Living, Dining and Kitchen on first floor. Living room with wood burning fireplace. Kitchen provided with utensils.Dining table for 8. 2 sofas on first floor.Flat TV. 20 seat 'cave' like gazebo with waterfall. Perfect for 4-6 people. Abundant parking .
10 minutes of walking distance to bus stop on road H3 and grocery store just 2 blocks away. Transportation is very inexpensive in Armenia, due to use of natural gas instead of gasoline. Bus fare-100 dram inside city.But there are abundance of taxi with low fares. I highly recommend using Yandex.taxi and GG taxi, Utaxi apps. They have low fares and navigation system in cars. From my house to airport is $6-8 and to city center $2-3.
