What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, Talia the public relations manager in particular was extremely helpful and polite. Every request or concern I had was swiftly addressed with a smile, making me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. I can confidently say that my time at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel was nothing short of five stars, and I eagerly look forward to returning for another unforgettable stay.
