Great hotel, location and facilities

Check in was awkward. First they could not find our reservation then they could not offer us a room because we were early. After walking around for 3 hours, we stopped by to ask if we could check in and they said it would be more money for early check in. Their English is minimal and they don't have enough language skills to explain leaving a lot to be assumed. Makes a 5 star hotel feel like a 3 star.

Food in the restaurant is delicious! Staff are well trained but limited English. Shuttle bus to airport is available from Royal Park Hotel. Rules about the pool made it impossible for me to use it.Very limited hours and must book in advance. It is right outside the windows of lobby and hotel bar. Museum across the street is closed for at least a year. Disappointed. Train stations are 5 to 8 minute walk.Far away from Disneyland (2.5 hours on train) or Tokyo Tower or Tokyo Dome. 20 to 30 minute drive from cruise port. But hotel is very elegant, quiet and clean.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. From the pricing to the entire experience. The hotel came with parking, which is already a big plus in Japan. When you first walk in you're greeted with ambience and luxury. The hotel staff was very professional and attentive to all your needs. The rooms are very spacious, the bathroom is great for taking baths and showers. The view from the room is amazing, and the location is right in the middle of the city. Everything is walkable. Would recommend this to all my friends and family.

Modern and up to date, easily accessible to transit and bus lines via a convenient elevated walkway. Gorgeous atmosphere and the rooms are very modern. Lots of open areas within walking distance. Definitely will come back!

Great location, short walk to mm line also has a lawson right next to it. The overall area is wonderful very clean with plenty shops and restaurants. The room was fantastic, wonderful view of the city everything was spotless. All of the staff was very friendly and quick to help with any request made. There’s laundry on multiple floors. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely continue to come here whenever in Yokohama.

Excellent location with great shopping and dining venues nearby. The hotel staff are amazing and very helpful with questions and directions. The rooms are tastefully furnished with great water pressure in the shower. A wonderful hotel we look forward to returning to.

There isn’t enough good things to say about the property. I never felt so genuinely taken care of. I’ve stayed at a few Four Season resorts and this is definitely that type of treatment. The staff really stuck out. Genuine, kind, and thoughtful. On one of the days when it was rainy and windy, the staff brought out umbrellas for us and bid us a good day. Everything including the room was perfect, and the next time I’m in Yokohama, I will definitely come to stay here again. Thank you so much

Brand new hotel in a great location, minutes from Yokohama station and surrounding shopping malls, also nearby to Yokohama attractions like ferris wheel and cable car, red brick building and Chinatown.

This was a great location and I loved being in the heart of the city. Within 3-15 minutes, I could be at many different attractions in the area, including malls, amazing restaurants, parks, transportation, and so much more. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and with no ability to speak Japanese in my back pocket, they found ways to help me despite the language barrier. The hotel itself was beautiful and the space was filled with amazing views and ascetically captivating. There was a laundry facility available on site and the option to also send clothes out for dry cleaning. I actually booked this hotel because I saw there was a pool, however, traveling solo and needing to reserve a time at the pool and only being able to do so after a set time proved to make use of the pool much less appealing to me. There is a restaurant in the hotel but may be excluded from the price of the hotel depending on if you pay to include it. However there are so many restaurants around the area to discover so there is no lack. Overall, this was a great and restful stay. With jet lag traveling from other countries, I did appreciate that they have blackout curtains that made the room become pitch dark. There was the option to have the room cleaned daily and although the space is smaller, they did utilize it well. The room has stunning views of the harbor and the surrounding area which was a great feature as well.
