Don't be a drongo and farewell Yonggi-ri without checking out the other fascinating attractions in North Jeolla. View North Jeolla's coastal plains and forests. Or spend some time snowboarding, skiing and cross-country skiing.If you want to check out some nearby localities, consider Yonggon and Pungnae. Travel 12 kilometres to the south from Yonggi-ri and you'll discover Yonggon. Alternatively, Pungnae is 20 kilometres to the southwest. Yonggon accommodations are the Iksan Business Tourist Hotel and Iksan Grand Palace Hotel. Pungnae choices include the Cyber Motel and Savills Hotel Gunsan.
Before you head home from North Jeolla, ensure you catch a local game. Find Jeonju Stadium to the southeast of Yonggi-ri. The Yihua Hotel and the Benikea Jeonju Hansung Tourist Hotel are near all the action.
