Should you wish leave the kitchen and eat out, only a 2-minute walk away you will find Bishy Road with an array of coffee shops, small supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways.

Through the victorian hallway, enter the inviting and open living/dining area which provides plenty of social space for relaxing in front of the TV on an evening or for gathering at the dining table for a delicious home cooked meal after a day exploring York's many attractions. The large bay window floods the room with natural light and the gas fire and deep filled, comfortable sofas provide a real cosy feel to this room.

For a terraced property the kitchen in Nunmill Nest is a good size and offers a gas cooker and hob as well as a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is plenty of work top space and the cupboards are stocked with all you will need to cook up some great holiday favourites! The bathroom is located on the ground floor and offers a bath with shower over.

To the first floor are three bright and airy bedrooms offering a mixture of king, double and single beds. All three rooms have been tastefully decorated and provide a relaxing ambience guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The first floor accommodation is completed by a toilet. To the outside is a small enclosed courtyard with seating, ideal for an al fresco breakfast or a relaxing glass of wine on an evening.

Nunmill Nest is just perfectly located for exploring York and its world renowned attractions including York Minster, the Jorvik Viking Centre and the National Railway Museum. With festivals throughout the year this is a city that can be visited at any time whether to enjoy its history, night life, a day at York races or the plethora of independent shops that line its ancient cobbled streets.
