The reviews on this one are far from the truth. Receptionist person in the AM is by far the most delusional untrained person. Not only is this staff member angry and dismissive but unsafe to be around guest. The building has too much wear and tear for its age. The rooms are not cleaned properly. No doubt you will find hairs on bedding, bathroom, countertops. The majority of their guest are construction workers. Many unkempt men of all backgrounds. It’s not what you expect at all given their rates. It’s clear this owner of this facility is unconcerned with sanitation or who he hires as long as that paycheck keeps coming. 💯 do not recommend. Visit and see for yourself before you book.

The hotel was super upgraded considering that York is a town in the middle of nowhere. I really enjoyed myself and will be returning when I visit again.

When we arrived the toilet and bathtub had blood. We told the clerk, and they said that they had no room service maids in the night. In the morning I called and asked for room service and they said they would add me to the list but when we arrived that night, nothing was done at all.

Staff was polite and room was clean but since you can’t open a window, the room smelled a little stuffy. I don’t like that the bed has the extra high mattress and box springs which makes it very difficult for me to get in bed. Breakfast was fine but to get there before the 9am closing time is a challenge.

Staff was friendly and great, our tv remote wasn’t working properly so I had gone to the front desk and they helped us and was very professional. Breakfast was decent, that had a lot of different options. The room was very clean. If we are ever in the area again I’d definitely go back. It was a 10/10 for us experience wise. Very professional and hospitable.
