It's a straight shot commute up Washtenaw to the U of Michigan Hospital. Coin operated laundry in common space. Utilities, wifi, snow removal included. Pet friendly. There is some street noise, so a white noise machine is provided. Blackout curtains for night workers! No parking hassles as this 4 unit apartment complex has its own free parking lot.
This is one unit in a well maintained 4-apartment house. Pleasant and safe location steps from the EMU campus. Straight shot commute up Washtenaw to University of Michigan Hospital. Large parking lot for tenants only.
