The cave was the best part of the experience, however it was closed until 21.30 because there was some event there. The roof in my room was leaking so I barely got any sleep. Internet in my room did not work at all, probably because I was in the very last room at the very end of the property. Service was average and slow.

Dining is a bit high at the price point I wish dining could be cheaper so I wouldn’t travel outside of the hotel for dinner But overall this is a great hotel, It is not crowded and pools are clean Room is clean but beware of the mosquitoes

Great location. The reception staff was the highlight of this hotel. Room was nice but should have a mini fridge especially in the scorching heat season. Free transportation to and from a great breakfast at Las Hamacas(included). Highly recommended *****

If you want a life time memory this is the place to stay! The experience is something else! From the amazing cold cloth and welcome tequila. To the warm cave and outdoor pool. Plus the murals and the gardens this is the most magical place. Definitely worth every penny! We can’t wait to go back!

The best hotel ever
This was absolutely probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It was so unique and cool. It was clean and immaculate, and everything that you would want from my hotel in Mexico. There is a saltwater pool underground in a cave with minerals in it and it is so refreshing and relaxing and fantastic.

Great stay. We enjoyed the underground hot springs mineral pool very much, open 24 hours a day! The exterior art, murals, installations are great. We prefer not to have strange art inside the room.

What a unique boutique hotel! Very Cute! Loved the body wash/shampoo/conditioner/body lotion made out of real honey! Towels smelled nice. Staff was very helpful. Loved the cave! It was nice to see baby turtles! It truly was an amazing experience!

2 night stay.
I loved the murals all over the property. That was the best part for me. The pool and cave pool are nice but crowded with day trippers, so we didnt get to use them, it took away from the entire experience unfortunately. The room was fine (upstairs thatched roof), the AC didnt cool it in the evening as much as I would like, but the shower was hot! The staff was great, everyone was very nice and helpful.

Such a beautiful space with such fantastic service. The underground pool was super fun. The included breakfast was delicious and substantial. Try the Mexican coffee with a splash of their house tequila.
