Our bright and airy space mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath house works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.



The property comes with a swimming pool, fire pit, BBQ grill and corn hole to maximize your outdoor fun all year round.

Our bedroom and living room also have smart TVs. All of our TVs come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. For those who want a break from technology, we have a beautiful new pool table where you can challenge your friends and create fun memories.

Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night.

Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device.

No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.

Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.

For your safety, we have security cameras in the front and backyard.
