Nestled in the foothills of Yuma AZ, this 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom boasts a large yard with a sparkling pool (not heated, so pretty cold in the winter months) . Enjoy the mild winter days and beautiful winter nights on the large covered patio, complete with large BBQ gas grill, outdoor dining table, and lovely seating area, or come during our spring and summer and enjoy the refreshing pool, and cool A/C to escape the AZ heat . There is a large yard for your full enjoyment complete with new turf area for lounging. The great-room has a custom island with seating, a small dining table, and a fully stocked kitchen. A leather couch and recliner for your T.V. watching comfort.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, and a walk in closet with two small dressers. The master bathroom has double sinks, and a custom tile shower.
The first guestroom has a queen sized bed, with a large dresser and closet. The second has a queen bed with a small dresser and closet.
The guest Bathroom has a tub and shower combo and one sink.

The house is in a great neighborhood just east of town. Beautiful inside and out. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal. Back yard was spacious and the pool was amazing. I would definitely recommend!

Awesome Home in Quiet Neighorhood close to freeway
All the reviews for this property are spot on. Everything you need for cooking, towels, toiletries. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet but still close to the freeway. The backyard is a wonderful oasis. I can't wait to stay here again!

Paradise in Yuma
What an amazing place. My husband and I have rented a lot of VRBOs…this one was the best we’ve ever stayed at. From the very well appointed kitchen, the water softening system and reverse osmosis for drinking water, the wonderful out door area and lastly the great response from the host for a minor issue we had. We would definitely stay here again!!

Above and Beyond
Our stay could not have been more pleasant overall. I was very impressed with the softness and quality of the towels of which there were plenty on hand for bathing and enjoying the pool. The lighting in and around the pool made swimming so enjoyable after the sun went down and the pool water temperature was perfect. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans, toaster, coffee makers that a body could hope for. The range and large refrigerator / freezer was ample to prepare meals and plenty of room for sit at home dining. When we checked out after our very pleasant stay, we encountered a minor problem which was totally our fault but Aylse went 'above and beyond' and provided a happy ending the situation. The neighborhood and property were clean and very well kept and we had plenty of room to spare. Thank you Aylse for a great stay and we hope to 'see' you again soon. God Bless.
