Easy Peasy
The check in was easy and location great. It is about a 10 minute drive back to our favorite restaurant, Lin’s, by the mall on 16th. We visit each year 2 times with our kids and there now young adult kids. We all had a great time and enjoyed the back yard first thing in the morning with the fire pit and had coffee. Thank you to our hosts.

We stayed here in July with a group of 10 people all over 18 and it was the perfect size for us. The house had everything we needed in it. We all enjoyed the pool. The hosts were great with communication. All in all a great experience for us!

This is our third time renting a property from the host, so that says a lot already! This property was new to us but as expected, they have everything you need to make your stay convenient and enjoyable. Per usual, the property is clean, spacious and conveniently located. We had one sedan, two big trucks and a boat and there was plenty of parking space. The beds were comfortable, the pool was refreshing and clean. I do not have any complaint at all! This property and host are just wonderful.

Wonderful Stay, HEATED Pool!
Four adults and four kids (ages 2-8) had a wonderful stay at this property in Yuma. The heated pool was definitely the biggest hit with the kids allowing them to swim comfortably in 75-80 degree weather. House was spacious, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We even made a simple Thanksgiving meal and had all the dishes, pans, pots, etc. we needed for everything. Quiet neighborhood, quiet street. Close to the Fun Factory for the kids. Would definitely recommend!!
