We are located close to Yuma palms mall where there is lots of places to eat, shop and entertainment. The house is equipped with all you need to make sure you have the best stay away from home.

The house was perfect size for my family of 3. Very spacious. Included all the basic amenities. The listing address is incorrect and is actually on ##th Place (not Lane). So it is in the housing behind Walmart, but still a really great location. Definitely would stay again.

Overall we were very happy with the place but it would be great to have a toaster and a potatoe peeler. Seems a little bit short of kitchen items needed to cook and prepare food. A few chairs and a table in the backyard along with a small inexpensive bbq would make the place perfect.

After the confusion on directions. Vrbo GPS directions give you the wrong address. Written address in the listing says “Lane”, it’s not, it’s “Place”. Thank God for the wonderful host Christen, he called right back and after a couple calls back and forth. We found the condo. Took several attempts with the code to get in. But once in, the condo is quite lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Extremely quiet home and neighborhood. It’s in an area of new builds, so there isn’t a lot of auto traffic. Walmart and other shops are a short distance away. We walked to them, it’s a little over a mile. Easy access to the freeway. Thank you to our host that actually took the time to call us back and help us.

This property was excellent! Cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in, and it’s in a very quiet neighborhood. We have no complaints; but in truth the spa tub was just a deep garden tub that we were unable to fill before the hot water ran out. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it may be for someone who is basing their decision on it.

This was our 2nd time stay here because the 1st time we fell in love with the location & the property. Beds are SUPER cozy, always clean and fresh. Has all the necessities needed if you were to cook and even do laundry (which we did the 1st time). Nice quiet neighborhood and the coffee bar is great! We will definitely be back again!
