Hotel in good location next to train Station. The beds were to small and hard we had a bad night sleep. The shower head is too low hard to shower. We call and let them know we were not satified and they did not make any efford on making the expirience better.For the price we paid for the room did not meet our expectation and is far from what is was publicized

Hotel Nikki is a good choice for its location. It connects to the Hakata station via P5 exit. Service is good but the design is slightly outdated.

Impecable hotel centrally located a few minutes from Hakata station. Hotel is elegant, friendly staff and the room was well equipped, super clean and comfortable. Lots of dining and shopping choices in the hotel and in the surrounding area.

3 night stay. Great hotel, comfortable room, very quiet. Great public baths on lower level with indoor and outdoor tubs. Very nice buffet breakfast, fresh order omelets and fried egg if you want. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend!
