Staff was friendly and accomidating. They offered free shuttle to and from the beach. Room has a great air conditioning unit which was much appreciated to get a break from the humidity. Hot water for showers was limited to conserve, mornings and 5pm-11pm, but the staff mentioned if you wanted hot water ahower outside those hours they would accomidate, just request at the lobby. Location was amazing, walking distance to the port or to the beach if you don't mind a hill. I did not get breakfast but I should have it looked good. Rentals onsite for transport options, small buggys of some kind and maybe scooters

Beautiful and convenient location. Hotel staff extremely helpful, helped transport us to the local beach and gave us advice on tide timings for the best time to snorkel. The electric car rental was well worth it for exploring the mountainous island. Definitely recommend against cycling unless you only want to visit the coastal beaches.

Would stay here again! On the pricier end but we’ll worth the renovated interior and friendly staff. Amazon Echo and Netflix on the TV is a welcome touch. Can rent e-bikes and a 2-seater EV from the hotel. Can rent beach inflatables and fishing gear too. Recommend getting the breakfast, only 1000 yen extra and nothing else is open on the island.

Excelente! Hotel cómodo, atención magnífica
La habitación es grande y cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Buena ubicación cerca del puerto y de la mejor playa de la isla. Servicio de traslado gratuito a las dos principales playas. Buen desayuno. Atención excelente, el primer día le indiqué al propietario que la almohada era muy dura para mí gusto. Me dijo que en ese momento no disponía de otro tipo de almohada en el hotel. Al día siguiente me sorprendió, consiguió una almohada más blanda y os aseguro que es muy difícil de conseguir en una isla tan pequeña. Se esfuerza por comunicarse en tu idioma con el traductor. Hotel muy recomendable. Volveremos, gracias por todo! :-)

Amazing place! Great location to explore Zamami and walking distance to Furuzamami beach. The property is really clean and they thought of every detail to make your trip effortless. Staff is super nice and ready to help you with any problem. After check out we were able to use showers and leave our backs. 5 star service and atmosphere. We would definitely go again. The property also provides and focus sustainable options and solutions.
