Der Aufenthalt hat mir im GroƟen und Ganzen gefallen, bis auf die Rezeptionistin Fayza, welche komplett unfƤhig ist. Sie verhƤlt sich als wĆ¼rde Sie einem einen gefallen machen und hƤtte den Gast aus GutmĆ¼tigkeit bei ihr zuhause aufgenommen. WƤre Sie nicht gewesen, hƤtte mich bei diesem Aufenthalt nichts gestƶrt. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, teilweise zu ƶlig und der Rest des Personals ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Animation, Caramel, Sam, und dessen Chef Aymen machen einen sehr guten Job! Die Kellner im Restaurant und an den Bars sind ebenfalls freundlich, sowohl aus auch die HausmƤdchen und HausmƤnner.

Sehr schlechte Koordination an der Rezeption. Der lƤngste Check-in meines Lebens! Die Rezeptionistin ist sehr unfreundlich und kann nicht mit GƤsten bzw. Menschen umgehen. Eine Person dieser Art sollte normalerweise nicht an einer Rezeption stehen. Sie hebt ihre Stimme gegenĆ¼ber dem Gast und hinterlƤsst den Eindruck (durch ihre Gestik und Mimik) das Sie einem nicht weiterhelfen mƶchte. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, jedoch meinte Sie das Sie keine zur VerfĆ¼gung hƤtte nur wenn ich einen Aufpreis zahle, und ich doch sowieso nur fĆ¼r eine Nacht da bin und ich den Meerblick doch nicht brauchen wĆ¼rde (eine Unmƶglichkeit). Yassine (Guest Relation) ist einer der wenigen an der Rezeption der seinen Job beherrscht und man merkt das er Erfahrung in seinem Beruf hat und er weiƟ wie man mit einem Gast umgeht, ein sehr netter und freundlicher Mensch! Das Service Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich.

Rapport qualitĆ© prix est correct. j'ai juste qlq signalements le ministĆØre de tourisme a appliquĆ© un protocole sanitaire dans cette pĆ©riode de COVID. ce protocole je ne l'ai pas vu s'appliquer c'est vrai qu'il une prise de tempĆ©rature au protail de l'hotel, mais je ne crois pas que c'est suffisant. si on voit plein de touristes europĆ©ens coude Ć  coude danser avec des animateurs mi-masquĆ©s (quasiment tout le personnel porte un masque juste sur la mĆ¢choire ou juste sur la bouche sans que le nez soit masquĆ©. le buffet est un self service il n'y a une personne qui sert les rĆ©sidents de l'hotel, la pince Ć  salade ou la fourchtette des fromages sont touchĆ©es par tout le monde. Wifi s'arrĆŖte au niveau de la porte de la chambre j'ai pas de rĆ©seau dans la chambre la climatisation ne fonctionne pas en fin de journĆ©e, il ont rĆ©ussi Ć  la faire marcher le soir mais en fixant la tempĆ©rature Ć  30Ā° sinon la chambre Ć©tait propre rien Ć  signaler, la literie est comfortable, serviette Ć  disposition.

HĆ“tel bien entretenu, piscine rĆ©novĆ©e. Une Ć©quipe d animation hĆ©thĆ©roclite mais distante avec les hommes en so'lo. Aucun de l Ć©quipe d animation n est venu vers moi pendant mes 5 jours. Par contre, les dames seules Ć©taient sĆ©lectionnĆ©es pour les accompagner pendant leurs repas. J ai donc passer mon sĆ©jour totalement seul. Pas une seule fois l Ć©quipe n est venue me proposer de participer. Autrement dit, hĆ“tel oĆ» les hommes en solo seront distances par l Ć©quipe d Ć  nation. Mesdames aucune crainte, vous serez invitĆ©s aux activitĆ©s. Pour le restaurant, c Ć©tait trĆØs bien pour du all inclusive. Le point noir c est l environnement extĆ©rieur. Les plages sont submergĆ©es de dĆ©chets du bĆ¢timent Ć  1 km de l hĆ“tel. Un crime contre l environnement atroce. Pauvre djerba tu as Ć©tĆ© si belle ds les annĆ©es 70 80. Maintenant que la jet sept t as laissĆ©e, tu n es plus que pollution.. Pour ma chambre toujours trĆØs propre. TrĆØs bel hĆ“tel avec un personnel sympathique et souriant. Les repas sont bons et variĆ©s. Mon fils de 14 ans s'est bien amusĆ© avec les animations. BĆ©mols : - pas de wifi gratuit mĆŖme Ć  la rĆ©ception. - trop de forcing de la part du dĆ©marcheur des activitĆ©s extĆ©rieures (quads, ballade en dromadaire, ballade en calĆØche, etc). De plus, pas de tarifs affichĆ©s mais "Ć  la tĆŖte du client". MatĆ©riels (quads) ne sont pas en bon fonctionnement. Attention aux tendinites ! L'hĆ“tel devrait insister que leur locataire affiche ses tarifs en Ć©vidence pour tous les clients.
