For friends, families and groups we recommend our holiday home Jennifer, which offers two bedrooms with a double bed each and a bedroom with single beds. Enjoy an extended weekend vacation with up to 6 people.
The tastefully furnished rooms, the cozy living room and the dining area with kitchenette ensure relaxation from the first day of your holiday. A modern shower bathroom with toilet rounds off the offer. In the evening you sit on the balcony, watch the hustle and bustle in the old town of Zell and the passing Moselle ships and enjoy a glass of Moselle wine.

Wir konnten wegen Corona die Wohnung nicht übernehmen.
Am Mittwoch der vergangenen Woche hatte ich Ihnen dieses bereits mitgeteilt. Schau Sie doch auch mal auf Ihre Mails. Ich bin mit FeWo-direkt unzufrieden. Vielleicht können Sie noch die Reinigungskosten für uns retten. Die Reinigungskosten wurden in der Zwischenzeit erstattet. Das ist auch der Grund für eine Höherbewertung. Michael Schröer

Unterkunft grenzwertig / Region jedoch sehr schön
Die Anreise gestaltete sich gut. Da keine persönliche Übergabe des Ferienobjektes statt fand, konnten auch keine Mängel direkt vor Ort besprochen werden. Leider mussten wir bei betreten des Ferienhauses erhebliche Mängel bei der Reinigung und am Inventar feststellen. Also um es kurz zu sagen, außer dem Bett war nichts gemacht. Hier einige Punkte zur Reinigung: - Mikrowelle stand vor Dreck - Kühlschrank war auch vollgesaut ( anstatt dem erwarteten Überraschungswein gab es nur den Dreck des Vormieters) - es lagen überall Krümel auf den Böden - sämtliche Sitzgelegenheiten waren voll Krümel und Haare - die Tischdecken hatten Flecken - an den Betten hingen Spinnweben und Staubflusen - die Badspiegel hatten Wasserflecken und waren verschmiert - die Reinigung des Bades im Gesamtbild war sehr mangelhaft - Treppen waren voll Staub und Haare Zum Inventar ist folgendes zu sagen: - Trapse tropfen - Küchenschranktüren sind defekt - Fugen in der Dusche schimmeln - Stühle in Loggia lösen sich an den Beinen schon auf und sind mehr als unbequem (falls man den Ausblick genießen will) - Treppenstufen sind teilweise rund Also um es kurz zu sagen, waren wir mehr als enttäuscht über den seit 1 Jahr zusammengesparten Urlaub. Wir haben nach der Aufnahme der Mängel auch das sogenannte Ferienhausmanagement angerufen und aufgefordert eine sofortige Reinigung zu veranlassen. Die Servicenummer wird an eine örtliche Gebäudedienstenummer weitergeleitet. Die Dame am Telefon teilte uns mit, dass sie an diesem Tag keine Mitarbeiter mehr in der Nähe hätte, aber am nächsten Tag jemanden schicken könne. Nach Androhung in ein Hotel zu ziehen, kam dann am Abend doch noch eine Reinigungskraft. Leider war der Zustand nach besagter Reinigung aber immer noch ungenügend. Wir haben dann versucht das Beste aus dem Urlaub zu machen, aber nachdem sich dann auch noch körperliche Reaktionen auf den Zustand des Ferienhauses bemerkbar machten, brachen wir die Urlaub 2 Tage früher ab. Also hier buchen wir definitiv nie wieder.
