If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's. We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay

The hotel wasn"t bad but when I booked it said terrace but it didn"t have one so I had to pay 30 Euros plus to upgrade to a suite. More Hotels.coms fault than the hotels.

Wonderful mountain views in Alsace
This is a great hotel to stay in a very peaceful area of Alsace. It is not a luxury property, and yes the bathroom is small but it is comfy and every room has a beautiful balcony and view. Bertrand, the host id a wonderful man who will offer you advice on the region, speak to you in French, English or German and share his smile with you. The restaurant is quite nice and we had a wonderful meal with local wine. Recommend this peaceful hotel highly.

Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir waren als Familie in der deluxe Suite. Die Couch, die zur Schlafcouch hergerichtet war, war bequem. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und Stauraum. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Und auch sonst alle Mitarbeiter immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Da das Hotel recht weit oben liegt, hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Die direkten Städtchen sind herrlich. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und natürlich Boulangerien. Der Poolbereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad einfach Top. Handtücher für diesen Bereich mitbringen oder für 5€ vor ort auch leihbar. Das Frühstück mit allen basics kann man auch einen leckeren Sekt genießen. Es gibt auch für abends ein leckeres 4 Gänge Menü. Wer das Auto lieber stehen lässt kann auch mit dem Bus fahren. Haltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Für den Hund gibt ey auch schöne Spaziermöglichleiten. Hätten es sehr gerne noch 1-2 Tage mehr genossen. Merci

dans la salle de bain aucun support pour poser les produits de douches et également pour pendre les linges. Le sèche cheveux pas pratique du tout, il faut toujours tenir le bouton pressé afin qu'il fonctionne en plus de cela il est petit on se pète les doigts et la main, le nettoyage de la chambre pas très propre à notre arrivée il y avait plein de miettes l'aspirateur n'a pas été fait à notre avis! L'accueil rien à redire très bien

Dans l’ensemble séjour agréable néanmoins certains détails sont à revoir. Le spa n’étant pas fonctionnel la mâtiné, l’on veut profité du sauna après le petit déjeuner, de plus la température de la piscine était assez décevante même si l’on peut comprendre la volonté d’économiser de l’énergie. En parlant du petit déjeuner il était convenable mais la qualité des produits n’était pas au rendez vous. Il faut aussi prévoir ses propres serviettes pour la piscine on sinon payer une location.

Freundliche Begrüßung, die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch keine Klimaanlage trotz einer großen Fensterfront. Sehr tolle Aussicht und ein schöner Wellnessbereich. Das Frühstück war gut und frisch. Man konnte im Hotel für einen angemessenen ein schönes Gericht essen (haben wir nicht genutzt, wir waren in Colmar). Kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das Hotel war sehr gut besucht und wir würden es weiterempfehlen

L’hôtel est très bien situé avec une vue splendide sur la plaine d’Alsace et le propriétaire très sympathique. Cependant, la qualité de la literie ainsi que la propreté laisse à désirer. Le matelas est beaucoup trop vieux et très inconfortable.

Cela aurait pu être mieux, ambiance old school
Un hôtel assez contrasté, car beaucoup de point très positifs et également de très négatifs. Les plus: Situation géographie sur la colline, panorama, tranquillité du lieu, parking vaste et gratuit, de beaux balcons sur la façade, mobilier kitsch mais sympa, chambre spacieuse (à l'arrière), matelas confortable, piscine et wellness plus grand que ne l'imaginais. très belle déco, 4 chaises longues intérieures et 4 extérieures, accès libre et gratuit, tarif raisonnable, assez propre, restaurant et salle pdj très stylés Les moins: Isolation phonique inexistante, les portes claquent très forts (cela n'a pas arrêté jusqu'à minuit, les gens ne retiennent pas la porte pour éviter de faire du bruit, bien sûr), de la moquette au sol ce qui n'est pas hygiénique, en plus elle est élimée, les finitions sont légères, aspect de la salle de bain acceptable sans plus, presque pas de prises électriques. Au final cela sent l'hôtel qui aurait besoin d'un gros investissement pour revenir dans les standard du confort moderne. Dans l'état actuel, je n'y mettrai plus les pieds

On nous a vendu du rêve!
Que dire de cet hôtel! Pour moi clairement cet hôtel nous vend du rêve à un prix élevé! Seule note positive! Le service accueillant et sympathique, pour le reste, de désillusions en désillusions! Dés les premiers mètres dans l'hôtel, une odeur nous monte au nez! Comme si cet hôtel était en fait un ancien hôpital ou clinique, car dans les couloirs, on y retrouve la même odeur caractéristique! L'arrivée dans la chambre sabre encore un peu plus notre enthousiasme, car la vue donne le cafard (voir photo), rien à avoir avec ce que l'on nous promet en description! Ensuite, tout est sale, mal entretenu (et pourtant je ne suis pas du genre à faire le tour d'une chambre en arrivant pour regarder l'état) mais là, il le fallait! Regardez les photos (intérieur des placards, gon de porte, prise de courant, bas de plinthes) j'aurais pu prendre encore dés dizaines de photos de notre seule chambre! Nous avions pris une chambre famille avec un lit double et un lit enfant (nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un canapé lit (pas un convertible) il faut réellement dormir sur le canapé! Et surtout le lit n'était même pas préparé et la pièce sans aucune décoration (même en prison, ils ont droit à plus de décoration). Passons à l'espace détente! Un vrai labyrinthe, aucune information, aucun accueil, l'eau de la piscine laisse clairement à désirer, deux bains de soleil se battent en duel à la piscine et ceux pour tout l'hotel! Bref! Je déconseille fortement cet hotel!
