La Petite Charme Inn is a cozy and unique hotel that cares about its visitors. We received a called from the owner checking on us when we had not arrived as previously planned. This was the second time we chose the Inn while visiting Zermatt and we will return. The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly. The inn itself is comfortable and brings the simple days of Switzerland to life.

Thi was a lovely hotel-loved the rooftop restaurant and hot tub. Was welcomed with a glass of champagne and they took me to the train station when leaving. It was a very enjoyable experience! 👍🤗💕

Classic alpine B&B in the heart of Zermatt. Small rooms but everything you need is available and the cleaning service is good. Location is good, I especially liked how it was close to the gondola. Breakfast was nothing fancy but got the job done. Staff were cold and did not seem friendly in the slightest. If you’re solo or a couple on a budget, this is a good option. If you’re a family or care about customer service, avoid this place.

The staff were lovely...they were so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and kind. The bed and pillow were the best we have stayed in these last 3 weeks. We have travelled ftom Andalusia and all through Switzerland and this was the most comfortable. The breakfast was second to none....sooooooo much to choose from. Only one issue was a smell coming from the shower drain. Oh well!!!

A perfect location to see the Matterhorn. Roof top amazing. We are our supper up there. Lots of walking but that’s anywhere you would stay.

If you will be out and about and need a place to sleep in and take a shower, this is an okay property. The shower heater does not work and we had to call their maintenance couple of times.
