The staff was amazing and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. They already had robes, slippers and amenity kits in the room, so there was no need to ask for them. Overall, I will stay here again when I come to Lviv.

Perfect hotel for exploring Lviv
Had a wonderful stay the first time with my mum and returned for another stay with my partner. The hotelā€™s location is spot on for exploring the city. I love the simple and elegant decor, staff are always friendly and helpful, room temperature always spot on (no matter the weather). Breakfast in bed was delicious (takeaway packaging has its charm too). There is water cooler on each floor. Toiletries smelt amazing and were eco friendly. I canā€™t recommend a better hotel with such a perfect location and reasonable price. Will be staying again and again!

Top Location, luxury rooms and a world class staff
The price, the quality, the level of service and the location of this hotel can't be beat. For that reason i decided to stay a second time this month. When i arrived to check in, Maria the receptionist greeted me by name and said "it's nice to see you again" her and all the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I had a small problem with the temperature in my room and the night receptionist ( i forgot her name ) immediately responded and without hesitation, she moved me to a different room. The cleaning ladies and construction workers were also very welcoming greeting me each time i walked by. I felt so at home at this place and i am so grateful for their hospitality. Furthermore, Lviv is an incredible city to experience. The people out here are so genuine and really take care of one another. Its one of the finest cities ive ever visited and i I highly recommend it. Slava Ukraini!

This place is newly remodeled so the rooms smell brand new. The location was is right in the middle of all the action. My favorite part about this place was their staff. They spoke perfect English, they were super friendly and very helpful. I absolutely loved it here and i will be back again

Best place ever!
Location, staff are just amazing. It is in the heart of the city, outside so busy but you do not get any noise inside. Best place to stay, all famous restaurants and the highlights in a walking distance .
