飯店人員應對得體處理的速度算快，床硬度舒適，房間寬敞，從海洋公園遊玩回來，可以充分休息。食街餐點不錯。

非常接近海洋王國，步行數分鐘便達門口 曾嘗試推拿服務，技師尚算專業，環境乾淨舒適 兩口子因想睡大床，故被編入住家庭房，房間擺設見心思，適合一家大小入住 房間空間充足，床褥枕頭用料不錯 自助餐選擇多，數量充足，食物新鮮，味道不錯，性價比高 我曾不小心遺留電話在餐廳，五分鐘後回到餐廳，有職員已代為保管，待客認領，服務態度佳

比我想像中差，普通房房間沒有浴缸只有淋浴，酒店話要套房才有浴缸，要問酒店借浴盆給小孩冲凉。另外房間Wifi好差，時常上不到線，有等如無。天花已有發毛情况，吧櫃玻璃架有一層厚厚的麈！！下次唔會再book這間往，一次就夠。

很好的家庭酒店
適合家庭入住的酒店，有小孩專用的牙刷、水杯和拖鞋。早餐雖然要另外收費，但能一家人看著企鵝吃早餐，很寫意吧！

辨理入住手續欠順利
辨理入住手續時展示手機的酒店預約编號，但接待員取得確認編號、確認日期及我的英文全名等資料後，輸入多次都説沒有此登記，着我自己跟中介公司聯络後再辨理。我看着已餓壞及脚軟的老媽，真有點徬徨無助。再次問可否有其他人協助，後來有位高级人員來查看，發現是姓及名字位置調轉，立即找到編號及安排我們上房，並説翌日可延遲1小時退房。 整個過程中服務員都很有禮貌，但我仍希望洒店可提供多些運作上的培訓，以免日後再有同類事發生。 另，上房後發現地板並没有清潔，又扣分。

很差的體驗， 去到酒店check in , 竟然說找不到我的訂房紀錄， 我拿著確認信給服務生看， 說付了全費， 不可能無紀錄， 她還是說找不到， 叫我自己打給expedia, 我電話無漫遊， 我請服務生替我用酒店電話打，她不肯， 當我是白撞或存心欺騙的， 最後我用what's up 通知家人替我打， 擾擾攘攘二十分鐘， 最去櫃枱排隊十分鐘， 重新check in 才ok. 要非吸煙的， 但給了我吸煙的， 於是又轉房一次， 來來回回浪費了一個多小時才可休息. 正打算回寫信去expedia 投訴。

男服務員給了我較大的房間..他非熱情 地方很舒服~床也很舒服...簡潔乾淨,唯一問題是沖涼時很容易擦到浴廉... 另外大堂門口需要拍卡才可進入..所以未登記的客人要睇彩數了~ 因為得一個服務員..

30年內最差酒店入宿經驗 櫃檯職員EVA X琳, 態度極差。未能在自己公司系統內找到我的訂房資料, 就推卸責任稱「你是用第3方公司訂房, 我地唔知咩事無紀錄, 你要自己問你間旅行社。」 「你無訂房,我點知點解?」 期間由於只打算住一個晚上, 沒有帶電話卡。要求幫忙用其他方式聯絡旅行社, 或找其他部門幫忙處理。而這位職員不理會, 自行處理其他手頭上的工作任由我同多名朋友在櫃檯面前呆企。 最後阻礙入住時間約30分鐘後, 她又能出奇地在自己公司找到我這名「沒有訂房」的人的訂房資料。 也罷, 上到房間8185一入廁所,關上趟門。原來門鎖是壞的, 就被反在廁所內。 到了晚上, 打算到「海洋廣場」隨便吃點東西便去看馬戲。點了一份「火腿手抓餅」, 結果嘔了30分鐘差點不能去馬戲。

感谢网站的鼎立支持；登记的入住人因为某些原因好夜才能到酒店，我们临昨加了名入理入住。酒店总体可以比较大，离景区较方便，不过可能是旺季人特别多，房间的设计风格小朋友好喜欢。不过做工有点粗。总体还是好评！以后有需要会系好订网预订房间。

因为是暑假的关系，酒店人很多。在办理入住的过程中遇到了一些波折，提前5天在网上定的房间，但到酒店办理入住时告之没有预订的信息，需要跟预订网站联系，耽误了不少的时间，这是预订网站跟酒店之间衔接沟通出了问题，希望以后避免这样的事情发生，以免影响旅客的心情。酒店其它方面都还不错！
