Valet was completely packed due to 2 private buses parked in front of the hotel, and I could not pull in after driving in circles multiple times. Valet staff were not trying to move the buses/clear up space. Ended up having to park blocks away to not block traffic. Check in was packed, only one staff member was checking people in during what was clearly a very busy time.
