Zingst - a perfect place to shell out - and collect beautiful moments! Appartementhaus Zingst - where your time becomes the best!   Modern equipment meets coziness. Your best time of the year starts here. After a nice day at the beach sit under our old pasture - just lovely!   The apartment house was completely modernized in 2017! The very well maintained guest house is located near the center - but still in a quiet location of Zingst. You go to the beach or Bodden for about 10 minutes. After 3 minutes walk you are at the beginning of the popular pedestrian zone. The 6 apartments for 2 to 4 people are modern and comfortably furnished. These include: dishwasher, induction hob, fridge freezer, satellite TV, HIFI system with Bluetooth, separate bedroom (except app 5) with double beds and mattresses with viscoelastic layer for a comfortable sleep, kitchen with dining area, 1 fly screen in each Room, sep. Bathrooms with window, shower and toilet. All bedrooms and living room with extra beds are to be darkened.   Included: 1 car parking space per apartment and sufficient bike rack on the property, W-LAN, highchair and cot on availability, including the additional costs for: electricity, water, sewage and gas, use of the garden with barbecue and seating.

Cleaning costs incl. Consumption costs and starter kit (toilet paper, kitchen paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, tea towel, sponge, rag).  Additional services:

Bed linen per person: 10 €
Towel package per person: 10 € (towel, bath towel and bath mat)

Urlaub in Zingst
Wir hatten hier einen schönen, abwechslungsreichen Urlaub mit Fahrrad fahren, am Strand liegen und Besuch in Strahlsund. Beim Wetter war auch alles dabei. Eine gute Unterkunft, lediglich die Helligkeit am frühen Morgen, wenn man es anders gewohnt ist, hat den Nacht Schlaf ewas eingeschränkt. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, können wir so weiter empfehlen

Kleine Familienauszeit
Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist nicht weit ins Zentrum und zum Strand. Eine Bäckerei ist nicht weit entfernt und einen Spielplatz gibt es auch in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Für uns rundum gelungen. Vielen Dank!

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, perfekte Sauberkeit, liebevoll eingerichtet. Bei den Küchenutensilien ist für das Notwendige gesorgt. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt ruhig, in bequemer Gehweite zum Strand. Der Ort ist zauberhaft, die Natur wundervoll. Es war ein verwunschener, wundervoller Urlaub. Wir haben das Meer, die Ruhe, die freundlichen Begegnungen auf unseren langen Strandspaziergängen genossen, und der Hund ist aufgeblüht und war rundum glücklich, so wie wir. Dankeschön, wir hoffen auf eine Wiederholung.

Niedliche kleine Fewo
Die kleine Fewo war für uns 2 Personen ausreichend. Sie ist schön maritim und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Liebevolle Details sind nicht nur in der Wohnung, sondern gleich im Eingangsbereich des Hauses ( der kleine Korb mit den Hundehandtüchern :)). Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Minisafe außerhalb des Hauses, der Kontakt vorab mit der Hausdame war sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen zwischen Bodden, Wald und Ostsee. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Ein ruhig , aber zentral gelegenen Domizil
Insgesamt ein ausgewogenes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Nettes und zuverlässiges Hauskeeping. Verbesserungsbedürftig wäre die Anzahl der Handtücher sowie eine weiteres bequemes Sitzmöbel. Das Sofa ist für 2 Personen zu klein, wenn man mal die Beine hochlegen möchte. Aber es trotzdem eine schöne Zeit. Und wir kommen wieder.

Kleine kompakte Ferienwohnung
Leider ist das Sofa durchgesessen und es fehlt einfach noch ein Sessel, damit sich z.B. bei schlechtem Wetter zwei Personen gemütlich und entspannt in der Wohnung aufhalten können. Ansonsten ist die ganz o.k. Abzug für Menschen für gerne und viel kochen, da es nur zwei Platten und keinen Backofen gibt.
