Enjoy your vacation right in the center of the village, but still very quiet on this large, somewhat backward meadow plot. The promenade "Strandstrasse" is on the doorstep, the 20km long beach is barely a 3-minute walk away, the harbor on the Bodden side is a 7-minute walk away.
The apartment is bright, cozy, well maintained and offers a fully equipped kitchen incl. Oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, cot + changing mat, high chair, storage space for strollers, lockable bike shed, grill, garden chairs, stereo, parking directly at the house and a private children's playground in front of the house. You will feel very comfortable with us during your vacation!

GroƟe Wohnung. Sehr sauber, Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das stƶrte nicht weiter. Betten sehr bequem. Lage zentral aber ruhig. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Schƶne Wohnungen in ruhiger zentraler Lage
Der Kontakt war stets einwandfrei und nach Absprache konnten wir die Wohnung bei Anreise eher beziehen. Die Wohnung ist in einer top zentralen Lage und trotzdem ruhig. In 5 Minuten Gezeiten waren wir am Strand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wĆ¼rden wieder kommen.

Zentrale ruhige Lage
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, aber ruhig. Nur wenige Minuten zur SeebrĆ¼cke. Leider ist die Einrichtung der Wohnung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Esstisch ist nicht sehr appetitlich, da sind schon sehr viele Flecken und BeschƤdigungen dran. Die StĆ¼hle am Tisch sind sehr unbequem, hier wĆ¼rden Sitzkissen schon etwas Abhilfe schaffen. Warmwasser ist auch nur begrenzt vorhanden gewesen. FĆ¼r die Wanne hat es nur fĆ¼r ca. 15 cm gereicht, fĆ¼r das Duschen leider nur einmal. Dann mĆ¼sste man wieder einige Zeit warten. Auch kam das Warmwasser erst, nachdem man 1 min. gewartet hat.

Wir haben 4 sehr schƶne Tage in Zingst erlebt. Alles ist fuƟlƤufig erreichbar. BƤcker, Restaurants, Strand und Hafen. Sehr gemĆ¼tliche und gerƤumige Wohnung. Alles ist vorhanden. Sehr ruhig ,obwohl die HauptgeschƤftsstraƟe nur Luftlinie 50 mtr. entfernt ist. Wer genau hinschaut, sieht hier und da normale Gebrauchsspuren, die aber in keiner Weise stƶren. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĆ¼hlt.

Die Lage des Objekts ist unschlagbar. Die Ferienwohnung selber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Man findet dort aber alles was man im Urlaub braucht.

GemĆ¼tliche Fewo in toller Lage
Wir hatten einen sehr schƶnen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung, die alles an Ausstattung hatte, was man braucht, sogar noch darĆ¼ber hinaus. Toll war vor allem der eigene Garten mit Ć¼berdachter Terrasse. Die Fewo liegt ruhig und trotzdem erreicht man BƤckerei, Eiscafes, SeebrĆ¼cke, Strand & Co. in wenigen Gehminuten. Check in und out klappte problemlos mit dem Verwalter vor Ort. Pluspunkt war auf jeden Fall auch der eigene kostenfreie Parkplatz. Einziger Minuspunkt war fĆ¼r uns die Sauberkeit des Bads bei Ankunft (Schmutz, Flecken etc.)

Perfekt auch fĆ¼r eine kleine Familie
Die Wohnung ist freundlich und gemĆ¼tlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Mit allen vorhandenen KĆ¼chengerƤten lƤsst sich gut improvisieren. Im Elternschlafzimmer ist genug Platz fĆ¼r ein Reisebabybett. Zur Not ist auch das Elternbett groƟ genug, dass da auch die Kids passen:-). Der gerƤumige Flur bietet genug Platz fĆ¼r einen Kinderwagen, Roller, RucksƤcke und Jacken. Ƅltere Kinder schƤtzen sicherlich den ca. 50k Internetzugang:-P. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hierher.

Toller Kurzurlaub
Die Wohnung ist sauber und fĆ¼r einen Urlaub ausreichend ausgestattet. Als Familie mit vier Personen hat man hier genug Platz, sei es zum Schlafen oder Essen. Oder um den Geburtstag zu verbringen... :) Ein separater Stellplatz fĆ¼r's Auto befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus, aber auch sonst sind die Wege nicht weit. In wenigen Minuten ist man von hier aus am Strand oder im Ort oder einem der Restaurants - also super gelegen. Leider haben wir unsere groƟe Tasse im GeschirrspĆ¼ler vergessen, aber so kƶnnen sie vielleicht andere GƤste benutzen. Der nette Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist schnell und unkompliziert, so dass man sich um nichts sorgen muss. Also einfach empfehlenswert. Daumen hoch :)
