From Portofino) with a large garden in the countryside and on various levels and terraces with views sea ā€‹ā€‹on the beautiful bay of Portofino. The house has wi-fi, 3 double bedrooms (one double), bathroom, washing machine, a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave, a lounge with two sofas and several sessions with sea view over the Gulf of Portofino. We had a good stay in Pietro's house! The place is nice, clean, calm and well located (but, as expected in this type of house, you always need a car!). Our only regret is that december was not the best time period to enjoy the nice garden :-)

Incredible View and Great Garden.
The house is the third floor of a beautiful house, it is pretty private with its own entrance. The gardens are very well kept but what was amazing was the view. You can see Portfofino the bay as well as all the ships coming in. The house is right below the town church and which creates a great experience, there is a couple of restaurants close to it. The one by the church is only 5 minutes away walking and it was great. Getting everywhere was easy, the beaches closed were very nice, the food was great. The house was quaint and the rooms were nice, the kitchen was small and needs update as well as the bathroom but overall our stay was great. Highly recommended.

House is very charming, with gorgeous views. Spacious and confortable. Great terraces. Well located for trips to Portofina and the Cinque Terre. There is a very good restaurant near the house with great views of the sea. Pietro was very welcoming and gave us great tips for food and things to visit in the area. We recommend it and would go back.

L'immobile ĆØ davvero ben strutturato e situato in un contesto molto panoramico e silenzioso.
All'interno del fabbricato si gode di una tranquillita' assoluta. All'esterno data la posizione panoramica e il giardino si godono albe e tramonti molto suggestive. E' veramente un piacere soggiornare presso questa struttura.

La villetta ĆØ in una posizione incantevole con una vista su un panorama mozzafiato. Il giardino imperdibile. Andrebbe forse un po' rinfrescato l'interno della casa. Malgrado non abbiamo avuto molta fortuna con il clima, abbiamo comunque potuto fare diverse escursioni con il nostro cane, sia partendo direttamente dalla casa che spostandoci con l'auto. In tutta la regione siamo stati accolti molto bene.

Region magnifique, confort limite
Region splendide notamment le parc naturel de Portofino. La vue depuis la maison est Ć  couper le souffle et les rues, villes et villages du coin plein de caractĆØre. Cependant, mĆŖme si le clocher de sant'Ambrogio carillone avec charme chaque heure, l'angelus de 7h du matin passe moins facilement. La maison est par contre peu pratique, il manque des ustensiles de cuisine, il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle, les chaises de table sont trop basse pour la table intĆ©rieure et la literie mĆ©riteraient un renouvellement. Quoiqu'il en soit le sĆ©jour en valait la peine et nous rentrons plein de paysages en mĆ©moire.

Das Inserat entspricht nicht ganz der RealitƤt, da das Haus nur teilvermitet wird......Im EG sind Personen da, die auch gerne am Sonntag um 6:30 Rasen mƤhen. Und die auch einen Hund haben, der sehr sehr laut ist. Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedĆ¼rftig. Die KĆ¼che wat ok. Die Aussicht ist super genauso wie die Parkmƶglichkeiten. Der Garten ist sehr schƶn aber auch nur teilbegehbar.

Sehr schƶnes Haus mit grandioser Aussicht
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schƶnen Haus sehr genossen. Es ist eher einfach eingerichtet, hat uns aber vƶllig gereicht. Was uns dagegen wirklich begeistert hat, waren die Lage (inkusive tollem Blick) und der groƟe, terrassenfƶrmig angelegte Garten, ideal fĆ¼r unseren Hund. Nachts war es himmlisch ruhig - allerdings lƤuten um 7 Uhr morgens die Glocken der nahe gelegenen Kirche. Von der Autobahn hƶrt und sieht man nichts! Nach Zoagli oder Rapallo fƤhrt man etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, die ganze Gegend ist landschaftlich spektakulƤr und es gibt vieles zu entdecken. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Absage der Ferien aufgrund Corona Virus
Wir mieteten kurz vor unserem Ferien dieses Ferienhaus. Zwei Tage spƤter wurde Ligurien auf die QuarantƤneliste der Schweiz gesetzt. Deshalb waren wir gezwungen diese Ferien im Herbst 2020 kurzfristig abzusagen. Obwohl wir unsere GrĆ¼nde dem Vermieter mehrmals sehr ausfĆ¼hrlich und respektvoll per mail kommunizierten, antwortete er nur knapp und ohne jedes Entgegenkommen. Ohne RĆ¼ckvergĆ¼tung und ohne Ferientage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht zu haben, ist diese Situation fĆ¼r uns unbefriedigend. In den GeschƤftsbedingungen stand dass kein Storno mƶglich sei, doch die Situation mit dem Virus ist fĆ¼r Alle unglĆ¼cklich und unvorhersehbar. Wir hƤtten uns in diesem Fall von einem GeschƤftsmann mehr Kulanz erhofft.

Huis met geweldige tuin en prachtig uitzicht
Het huis heeft een prachtig verzorgde tuin vol bloemen. Vanuit zowel de tuin en het huis heb je steeds prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Door de hoge ligging is er aldoor een frisse bries. Heerlijk dus.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana rigenerante. Il proprietario una persona squisita . Lā€™alloggio ci ĆØ piaciuto moltissimo e il panorama che ha accompagnato le nostre colazioni , pranzi e cene.. indimenticabile. Little flexibility and some dirt / great view and location
We have rented for a week the property and we enjoyed view, garden and location. The price was rather fair. However the kitchen was dirt and it all felt a bit dusty. As we got married the night before, we have asked for a late check out and we have instead been asked to leave at 10.00am. Such request arrived two days before check out day despite we had previously agreed checking out at 11.45. The reason was that cleaning ladies had to polish the place for the next guest arriving at 11.00. Obviously the cleaning ladies cannot do a thorough cleaning in 1hr so most likely the other guests will also have a half clean place.
