It is a very beautiful architect's villa which is proposed 400 m from the marine village of Pinarello. The beaches, bars and restaurants, the communal pontoon for water sports are within walking distance. The shops of Sainte Lucie de Porto-Vecchio are only 3 km away.
A major extension was recently completed, the architect completely redesigned the villa with quality materials and transformed the architecture to enhance the views. The decoration is very designer with Le Corbusier or Noguchi furniture.
Large bay windows with brick partition allow the interior spaces to be extended towards the partly covered terraces.
A gas griddle will enhance convivial meals with friends or family.
A carefully landscaped garden surrounds the many terraces of the villa and the infinity pool, large enough to make a few lengths (11 m * 4 m), allows you to fully appreciate the superb view of the Alta Rocca massif.
Outdoor life is one of the strong points of this villa, a feeling of well-being predominates in the shade or in the sun, with the privilege of having no opposite. The relaxation side is also privileged with 4 sun loungers, 4 deck chairs and 2 Fatboys cushions.
New for 2023: a ping-pong table for great games with friends or family.
The day area of around 80 m2 consists of a living-dining room with an open fireplace, oak kitchen, and back kitchen with laundry room, a guest toilet with washbasin.
Access to the private space is via a pretty glazed and flowered patio: three bedrooms with complete bathrooms and a master suite of 36 m2 with double sinks, bath, shower and dressing room.
As in a hotel, each room has an adjoining private bathroom with a large shower and toilet.

Pinarello in autumn
We had a great week at the Ecrin Villa. The house is full of lovely design and details, very comfy, clean and well-equipped. The pool was warm; we all enjoyed it a lot. The view to the mountains was great. The communication with Frederic from the Concierge Service was also very good. Thank you.

Traumurlaub
Unser Aufenthalt in Pinarello war absolut traumhaft. Die Villa ist groß genug für 9-10 Personen und entspricht den Fotos. Für jeden gibt es ausreichend Relaxmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist groß und es gibt ausreichend Geschirr. Der Blick auf die Berge entschädigt dafür das es keinen Meerblick gibt aber das Meer ist auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Die beiden Strände in der Nähe sind sehr schön und wir hatten keinen Bedarf mit dem Auto zu einem anderen Strand zu fahren.

De passage cette fois, mais retour certain
Nous étions de passage dans le coin, nous cherchions une maison au calme avec piscine, à 2 pas de la mer, avec possibilité de tout faire à pied, nous l'avons trouvé!
La demeure est spacieuse avec une pièce de vie ouverte vers des terrasses ombragées, abritées et semi-abritées pour satisfaire toutes les envies et météo. Les chambres toutes dotées de salle de bains et sanitaire, sont joliment décorées, chacune à sa façon avec goût et pureté. La vue dégagée est paisible avec sa nature et verdure...très reposant. Sans oublier une très agréable plage à proximité, plage qui a gardé son côté "préservé", bel équilibre entre détente au soleil, sable fin, commodité de restauration et végétal.
Nous reviendrons très probablement.

Lovely
This villa is lovely and well appointed with a modern minimal aesthetic. Perfectly suited for a large family with 4 bedrooms [one has 4 childrens beds] all with ensuite baths. Generous spaces, well appointed kitchen and laundry with separate prep kitchen. Gorgeous terrace with pool, dining, bbq, sun loungers and seating. Ample parking and a short 10 minute walk to the beach and town with charming restaurants. This would be ideal for a large relaxing family holiday.
My only criticism would be that it would be nice to provide pool or beach towels, dinner napkins, laundry soap and shampoo.
Additional dishwasher soap and toilet toilet paper would have been nice also. A few were provided but not enough for a one week stay. There are many large grocery stores a short drive away. It's a good idea to plan a shopping trip upon arrival.

Un coin de paradis!
Fantastique villa moderne, meublée avec beaucoup goût et équipée dans les moindres détails.
Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée en cette saison, les chambres comme à l’hôtel avec chacune leur salle de bain privative, les barbecues à l’ombre de la pergola et le superbe coucher de soleil sur les montagnes environnantes.
A deux pas de la plage, des restaurants, du club de voile pour notre fils; tout est accessible à 5 minutes à pied … même une boulangerie et une supérette. Un vrai privilège !
Nous n’avons qu’une envie: y retourner plus longtemps!

Idéal entre amis ou famille
Villa toute neuve et vraiment bien pensée.
En plus d'être immense avec ses 4 chambres (dont une parentale gigantesque), la villa est très bien équipée.
Les services de la conciergerie sont vraiment un plus pour un séjour réussi. Nous recommandons donc vivement cette location.

Lovely week in Pinarellu
We enjoyed the beautiful house for a week. we were a family of 8 people and there was room enough. It was very well equipped. Only thing we missed was some more sunloungers around the pool. Nice little walk to all the restaurants. All in all an excellent week.
