Pretty villa of 120 m2, very pleasant to live in, stylish decor of driftwood, located on a plot of 1200 m2 fully landscaped, a real green setting, a swimming pool bordered by rocks. The house is located close to all amenities 2 minutes from the village, 2 minutes from Pinarello beach and the natural pools of the river "U Cavu". American kitchen fully equipped with quality household appliances. A living room giving access by a large picture window to the terrace, garden and swimming pool. The rooms are equipped with large fitted and air-conditioned wardrobes.
Windows and bay windows are fitted with roller shutters and mosquito nets. In addition, a covered outdoor kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, d, electric hob, barbecue. A shaded petanque field under cork oaks near an outdoor shower for beach returns.

Best House for the Familiy
We really enjoyed our stay here (family of 6 plus our 1yr old grandchild)! Very clean, fully equipped, stylish house with exceptional vegetation on the property. And very friendly hosts. Also enjoyed the additional outdoor kitchen and the pool very much.

Superbes vacances
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans votre maison. Nous avons apprécié son espace, sa fonctionnalité, sa propreté, le magnifique jardin qui l'entoure, la piscine, sa situation proche de la plage et l'accueil chaleureux de ses propriétaires. Une porte peut-être à l'étage et à la chambre des enfants porterait le niveau de confort à 100 % mais il s'agit d'un détail. A bientôt pour un prochain séjour !

Mooi compleet ingericht huis
Het huis voldeed aan al onze wensen. Wel jammer dat de omschrijving van de afstand naar het strand niet klopte. 15 minuten lopen klopt niet, dit is eerder 45 minuten. Ook konden we het huis niet vinden met de opgegeven coördinaten. Uiteindelijk door eigenaar opgepikt. Ook het bedrag wat ze vroegen voor de schoonmaak vonden we te veel. Uiteindelijk zelf schoongemaakt. Hiervoor waren alle spullen aanwezig. We hebben wel genoten van ons verblijf en vooral van het zwembad en de buitenkeuken.

Tolles Haus - Lage nicht wie im Inserat
Wir genossen unseren Familienurlaub im tollen Haus von Gérald und seiner Frau. Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben und sehr gepflegt und 1A sauber. Die Aussenküche mit Sitzplatz konnten wir auch im Spätherbst jeden Tag nutzen, ein wirklich schöner Bereich. Die Zimmer sind optimal für vier Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Das Etagenbett ist in einem Durchgangszimmer und hat keine Türe hin zum Wohnbereich. Einzige grosse (Ent-)täuschung. Das Mietobjekt liegt nicht annähernd dort wo es das Inserat vermuten lässt. Man benötigt mit dem Auto mind. 5 Minuten an den Strand von Pinarello und es sind ca. 2.5 km. Wem dies keine Rolle spielt kann sich auf ein tolles Haus in Sainte-Lucie de Porto Veccio freuen mit sehr schönem Aussenbereich.

Super Séjour
Nous avons passé une super séjour. La propriété de Gerald et son épouse est magnifique. Les pièces à l’intérieur sont très spacieuses, l’extérieur est tout simplement splendide avec beaucoup de végétations. La piscine est top et le terrain de pétanque également. L’emplacement est idéal. Je recommande vivement cette maison. De plus, les propriétaires sont très gentils et serviables si vous avez besoin de quoique ce soit, ils sont disponibles. J’y retournerais sans hésiter !

La maison est très agréable, les gros atouts sont les espaces extérieurs (cuisine, piscine, jardin). Les propriétaires sont disponibles et ont entretenu le jardin et la piscine pendant la semaine. Très bon séjour, je recommande.

Très bon séjour!
très bon séjour dans cette maison. Comme indiqué au propriétaire, il nous a juste manqué une porte sur la chambre d'enfants :) mais à part cela, la maison est impeccable, très bien situé près de la plage de Pinarellu et Saint-Cyprien, la cuisine extérieure est vraiment un plus et permet de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur et de la piscine. Très bon accueil des propriétaires et toujours disponible durant le séjour. Nous avons bien profité entre amis avec nos enfants.

Sehr tolles Haus an super Lage
Sehr schönes Haus an toller Lage. Es war sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Alles hat super geklappt. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, ruhig und doch sehr nahe am Strand! Auch die Übergabe war völlig unkompliziert. Würden wieder kommen!

Sehr schönes Haus
Das Haus ist wie abgebildet, sehr sauber und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Eigentümer schauen regelmäßig nach dem Rechten und kümmern sich mehrmals pro Woche um den Pool und den Garten. Leider ist der Strand nicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.
