Horrible no lo recomiendo
Llegamos al aeropuerto y no respondían el teléfono después de 30 minutos nos respondieron y preguntaron por qué medio hicimos la reserva, al parecer quería. Arbnb por qué pagan más por qué cuando les dijomos que fue por hoteles.com lo pensaron y dijeron que iban a ver si tenían disponibilidad pese a que teníamos reserva confirmada,al final dijeron que no tenían fisponible, pesimo

Pésimo trato a los viajeros-turistas.
Nunca nos abrieron las puertas, llegue el domingo 15 de diciembre 2019, a la 1.30 pm sin ninguna respuesta, no se como puede existir estos tipos de servicios, haciéndonos perder tiempo, dinero, sobre todo haciendo quedar mal al lugar y a todos los peruanos. Nunca volveré a separar en estos tipos de hostales, asimismo recomendare este pésimo servicio y maltrato a los viajeros.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
No hubo nadie en todo el fin de semana para recibirnos, el establecimiento permaneció cerrado y con cadenas y candados, debimos buscar otro hospedaje, por temas de feriado todo estaba lleno y fue un problema ubicarnos en otro lugar.
Nos parece una estafa y no deberían promocionar sitios como este que dejan tirados a los huéspedes.
