DORMERO Hotel Zurich Airport was the perfect stay for my long layover in Zurich. It was very affordable and very close to all public transportation so you could easily get to the center of Zurich. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is within a short distance from the airport, so it is great for stays when you fly. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The city center is 30 min by tram, so there is even time to go for some dinner or sightseeing there. Things I liked and why I returned is that on Sunday you can stay in longer. And all the drinks in the mini-fridge are at no extra charge, included in the room price.

Easy bus ride to and from the airport. Quick 5 minute walk to train station just up the street. It takes about a 15 train ride to central Zurich. Safe area with grocery stores and restaurants.

Good for an overnight stay to catch flight
It was a short overnight stay to catch a flight from ZRH on the following day. We wanted to drop our luggage off in late morning and come back late in the day to check in as we had done in numerous other hotels in Switzerland. Unfortunately there was no body available at the front desk till 1 pm and no one could advise where to store the luggage. Clean/ spacious room with a large screen TV. The TV remote was not working, the replacement was not any better.
