Loved our room - spacious, comfortable & great amenities. Huge tub, desk & refrigerator available for use. We checked in very late due to a canceled train, but Alex was patient, friendly and helpful - even told us where we could get pizza nearby! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic hotel very close to Zurich HB - once I got into the place, everything was wonderful, but the staff was very dismissive of me at the start which I have seen in other reviews. They seemed to try and make up for their rudeness the rest of the trip. But the room was lovely, breakfast good and very convenient location.

Older hotel with very small lobby but the location was fantastic-could walk everywhere I wanted to go. Right by the main bus station. The older couple who run the hotel are very helpful and friendly!

Super convenient location, 3 min walk from the main train station. Very vintage feel to the hotel, rooms have not been updated, but still has everything you might need! Including AC unit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included, plentiful bread with assorted jam, cheeses, hard boiled egg and coffee or tea. We enjoyed our stay!
