Old building with lot of charm and very clean! The restaurant downstairs name Bombay Karachi has the best indian food ever and taste like home cooked. The breakfast was good and i would recommend this hotel to everyone and will return!

The hotel staff were very helpful, I arrived very early from an overnight flight and they held my luggage and would have let me checked in early. The location of the hotel was so convenient for the train and bus terminals. I am really happy with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

It is a nice hotel and front desk was great...very thiurough and found good choices for restaurants. The room was comfrtable but lacking slightly in plugs and no usb plugs. Two beds together but seperate beds and mattresses. Towels very thim and small...but towel warmer very nice. As with most hotels we found...comforter big and warmer than the room temp...even with window open and dan on still found it hot. Overall a very good hotel.

Roman, one of the receptionists checked us in. He made us feel that we are very welcome and staying in their hotel. Roman was very willing to help and showed us the map of the city. The other receptionists were also very professional and very kind. The kitchen staff was very sensitive to our needs.
