Qualifying Bookings: This Coupon applies only to pre-pay stand-alone hotel bookings (not a hotel booking in combination with any other product or offering such as flight + hotel or flight + hotel + car) made through the Australian Wotif mobile app or the Australian Wotif Tablet App (each an “App”)(subject to the restrictions set out in Section B (“Terms and Conditions”) below. The app is available for download from (i) the iTunes store and (ii) the Google Play Store. This coupon cannot be redeemed through the call centre.

How to use your Coupon
• You must make your eligible pre-pay standalone hotel booking through the App.
• Use the App to search for hotels for your desired stay dates within the travel period given above.
• During the booking process, on the payment page you will see the link “Use coupon, credit or promotion code” where the Coupon needs to be entered.
• Enter the Coupon in the relevant field. Then click the “Apply” button. If your booking is eligible, the applicable Discount will be subtracted from the price of the travel reservation before the application of any taxes, tax recovery charges, applicable fees or additional costs. Coupon redemption is only complete when you complete and pay for the booking.
• This offer does not apply to multi-room bookings.

SECTION B -TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Subject to the restrictions set out in this Section B (Terms and Conditions)and compliance with Section A (Key Points) , the Coupon may be applied to a pre-pay stand-alone hotel only booking (not a hotel booking in combination with any other product such as flight + hotel or flight + hotel + car) made through the App. The Coupon can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination. The Coupon cannot be redeemed against package bookings.
   The Coupon cannot be redeemed against hotel stays at: Amara, Amari Hotels and Resorts, AMResorts, Aston Resorts, Corinthia Hotels, Emaar Hotels, Fairmont, Fortune Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Furama, Hilton Worldwide, Hotel 81, HV Hotels, Hyatt, IHG, Independent, Kempinski Hotels and Resorts, La Quinta, Lowes, Mandarin, Mandarin Oriental Hotels Group, Mariana Bay Sands, Marriott, Meritus, Millennium, Movenpick Hotels and Resorts, Omni, Playa, RIU Hotels, Raffles Intl Hotels and Resorts, Rosewood Hotels, Sandals Resorts, Scandic Hotels Chain, Starwood, Swiss Quality Hotels, Swissotel, Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces, The Leela Palace, The Peninsula Group, Thon Hotels, Venetian Macau, and Vinncci. The list of hotels for qualifying bookings may change at any time without prior notice. The Coupon can also not be redeemed against booking of properties offered by VRBO and/or HomeAway entities.
   3. The Coupon is personal to you and is valid only for single use. It can only be used once and will be fully redeemed by you and expired once a qualifying booking has been made, even if the booking is subsequently cancelled.
   4. Only one Coupon per transaction may be used. In the event that you make a booking for multiple rooms in a single transaction, the discount will apply only to the lowest priced room (ie: if you book three rooms the discount will apply to only one of the three rooms and not to all rooms).
   5. Provided that you meet the requirements herein, the Coupon entitles you to the Discount off the price of the relevant travel reservation before the application of any taxes, tax recovery charges, applicable fees or additional costs.
   6. The Coupon is only valid for the Redemption Period for travel during the Travel Period when booked on the App only, and not booked on any other Expedia Group sites.
   7. The Coupon cannot be redeemed against taxes, tax recovery charges, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
   8. Wotif.com’s usual booking terms and conditions apply (see https://www.wotif.com/lp/lg-terms) and all bookings are subject to availability.
   9. The Coupon may not be used or combined with other Discount Coupons, promotions or special offers. Bookings made using the Coupon are not eligible for rewards points/mileage/cashback/other benefit under any rewards/mileage/cashback/similar program offered by the third party marketing affiliates of Wotif.
   10. The Coupon cannot be used for any booking previously made. It will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. The Coupon has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the purchase amount is less than the Discount. The Coupon may not be re-used, even in the event that you change or cancel the booking.
   11. The Coupon is void where prohibited by law and may only be used by legal residents of Australia aged 18 and over.
   12. When booking using a mobile device, message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding their pricing plans. Not all wireless service providers carry the necessary text message service to participate. Check your wireless devise for specific text messaging instructions and capabilities.
   13. The Coupon may not be used by employees of Expedia Group companies or any other person professionally connected with this offer including, without limitation, travel agency affiliate program partners.
   14. For the avoidance of doubt, this Coupon can only be used by a customer making a booking directly on the App, and cannot be used through or by a third party travel agent or intermediary.
   15. Improper use of the Coupon by you including, but not limited to, publication or selling of the Coupon is prohibited, will result in the voiding of the coupon codes use, and may constitute fraud.
   16. This Coupon may not be transferred or sold. Any Coupons obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.
   17. If Wotif becomes aware, or has reason to suspect (in Wotif’s reasonable opinion) that a customer: (a) has breached these Terms and Conditions for the Coupon; (b) has obtained the Coupon from an unauthorised channel; (c) has used the Coupon with a view to re-selling any travel product booked; (d) engaged in conduct which impacts on fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer; or (e) otherwise acted fraudulently, Wotif may in its absolute discretion, stop the Coupon and/or cancel all bookings made by the customers using the Coupon.
   18. If any provision or part-provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions
   19. Wotif reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time. Wotif reserves the right to cancel any bookings made where the coupon was improperly obtained or used to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings. Wotif’s decision is final in all matters relating to this offer.
